A lot of people believe a lot of things. So what?A lot of the 8 billion live people in he world are getting tired of the BS.

A lot? Wow! That's exactly as many as the number of people Childlike Empress knows who have been sickened and killed by social distancing.
I'm guessing that "a lot", in the case of your post, is the number of narcissists who have been fortunate enough not to have been personally affected by any of the deaths or long-term illnesses, at least so far, and who are psychologically unable to feel compassion for those who have died and the loved ones who have suffered their loss.
Let's talk a bit about numbers. (I know, you and Caroline don't seem to like numbers, but they're important.) If the rest of the world had responded the way the U.S. has, and had the same percentage of fatalities, the global fatality rate would be over 14.3 million.
Now let's talk about some BS.
1. The claim that Anthony Fauci is a "Chicken Little" figure causing a global panic based on nothing is utter ********. He merely represents one U.S. infectious disease agency as an expert spokesman. The notion that he is the sole authority representing scientific findings, or that he is single-handedly dictating COVID-19 response on a global scale betrays simple-minded, provincial ignorance.
2. Your claim that Anthony Fauci is featured by the media on a global scale, supported by your failure to understand that the search engine hits generated for you as a resident of the U.S. are not universally representative of the search results of everyone else in the world, and your obviously fraudulent (read ********) claim to have witnessed Anthony Fauci featured prominently on news media "all over the world" within the last year.
Yes, I believe that stuff, and have expounded on it, but I must be getting curmudgeonly in my old age, because now I just want to pop in once in a while and lob a stink bomb.
Btw, your claim that I said I saw Fauci on TV all over the world is simply a blatant distorition of what I said. In other words, a lie,

You were clearly defending your claim that Anthony Fauci has considerable global influence by implying that you had personally witnessed it. But you didn't think about the fact that this would mean that you had travelled "all over the world" during the last year.

That's a losing game. Fauci does actually have considerable global influence. He is a sensible guy, he knows his stuff, so people all over the world listen to him and news-media people quote him.

As I recall reading, the nations which did the best job of stamping on the first wave were also those whose economies bounced back most strongly as it passed. So it might be worth those who imagine they are the champions of harsh economic realities to consider if they are indeed realities.

I highlighted your error, your continuing error. I am tired of the pandemic and the restrictions, but I possess enough empathy to understand that masks, and social distancing are the minimum I can do for myself and fellow humans. I feel sorry for those who are frustrated with these measures, even those who foolishly deny the existence of the virus.
You're entitled to believe whatever nonsense you choose, but the facts are against you.I frankly think that masks, social distancing, and lockdowns are irrelevant to the spread of the viruses involved,

So you believe that Anthony Fauci is the sinister leader of a world-wide conspiracy to pass off a common seasonal virus as a pandemic that has killed 2.7 million people, despite having no supporting evidence, and in the face of contradictory evidence. That sounds remarkably like the way Christians believe that Jesus rose from the dead.

I frankly think that masks, social distancing, and lockdowns are irrelevant to the spread of the viruses involved, but that's almost beside the point.
And, as you're so keen to point out, many people think that Jesus rose from the dead because he was the son of God. Many of those same people believe that modern biology is a hoax.I frankly think that masks, social distancing, and lockdowns are irrelevant to the spread of the viruses involved, but that's almost beside the point.
I definitely don't need to come to listen to alleged skeptics repeat politically correct conventional wisdom. I've gotten all that over and over, and could have gotten it from osmosis, alone.
In this case it's not Amazing Grace, but critical thinking and science that you don't really know. It's like knowing the tune and at least some of the words to Amazing Grace, whether or not you want to.
