Well, to be fair, she does express a disdain for numbers, so it might be unrealistic to expect accuracy.

I'm wondering why a "good old clean natural immune system" wouldn't work to prevent tetanus as well as any other potential infection or disease. I mean, if the claim is that the immune system works to prevent diseases except for the ones that it doesn't, then the obvious answer is "well, yeah." You can't make a blanket claim that doesn't cover everything without being able to show why your exceptions are exceptional.

Maybe the tetanus vaccine is like Slime in an inner tube: It's not that you need the vaccine for some imaginary virus, but a rusty nail put a hole in your perfect health and you have to stop it from leaking out.
