Yaniv has harassed minority women and put two of them out of business. He* has sexually harassed female colleagues. He has creeped on female minors. He has lately been calling the fire department repeatedly while naked in the tub for "lift assistance" then making lewd suggestions and overtures to the responding firemen.

He belongs behind bars as the predator that he is... and he definitely does NOT belong in the women's prison.

*Yaniv is one person for whom I refuse to bow to their pronoun preference. That's a social consideration that they have repeatedly betrayed.

This isn't an anatomy class. We're not having a technical discussion of medical issues. Colloquial meanings don't have to conform to the conventions of a trade jargon.

And again, "vagina" is demonstrably usable in colloquial contexts without any confusion of meaning.

Because he screams "transphobia!" "bigotry!" "hate!" "discrimination!" every time somebody attempts to rein in his appalling behaviour. And as he lives in Canada, officialdom simply rolls on its back and begs him to tickle its tummy. Which probably turns him on too of course.

Not anywhere I frequent. I had a complete double-take when I read that post I responded to.

I also think it's a bad idea in general to mis-name anatomy like that. It's difficult enough to talk to girls about their genitalia and get them to become familiar with what they have because it's almost all inside. Misunderstanding what the proper words mean because people misuse them "colloquially" is likely to lead to some pretty confused young teenagers.

I agree with this which is why I mentioned that the CA wording might need more paragraphs already.

With more and more people under the 'trans' umbrella saying they are non-binary (or a-gender, gender fluid, as you say) and can lean to male, female, or neither, it will become necessary to write it all out these policies and definitions again.

However, some really want those binary M/F labels as healthy affirmation while others claim say it makes them uncomfortable and is non-affirming.

The weird thing for me is that when things like 'cis-gendered-women' and 'trans women' are mentioned here I usually imagine it as a Venn diagram of possible circles in different situations where they potentially intersect- for purposes of discussion. But I don't place myself in one of them. It's reads to me as activist language categories I simply don't relate to on a personal level.

When I read an article about scientific research assessing women's and men's rates of heart disease or Covid deaths etc......those are my categories. I don't feel I need to add on with gender adjectives (though of course I know why they use it and which one fits me)

Because your rights, dignity, and safety aren't in jeopardy. So there is no conflict to be had, other than in paranoid fantasies.

We will keep men out the same way we always have, nothing needs to fundamentally change there.

And considering Eddie Izzard's realization of her gender identity, I don't see why not.

This 'transwoman' is sending messages asking teens how many young girls will he see with 'pussies and tits' out in a locker room. Wanting to know if it's rude to look for tampon strings hanging out so he can know to talk to a naked girl and maybe 'ask her for a tampon' or some might ask him for one. He claims to have all these very heavy periods that he says will keep him in that bathroom with those young school girls sooo often. Claims he may offer to help girls as young as 10 insert their first tampon. No one could possibly support that.
At some point he reveals he has male genitalia and maybe would it be ok if he had it out around the girls. Just a bunch of young naked girls having a chat!
He is pretending to be a teen in many of these, asking how old the girl is. When one said she was nearly 14, he said 'oh...that is young...idk .. idk if I should..." Should what? What the hell??!!

I would think it would be criminally predatory if any adult human sent those. Why is he allowed to do it?

I feel sick. I honestly could not search it anymore for fear I'd hit something that would send the FBI to my home....

...And in fact, this is an issue reading a lot of the MtF discussions/opinions online....you come across some pretty explicit stuff and you don't really know til it's already sitting there your brain. I now have unfortunately learned about these gross fetishes some do in women's restrooms with our USED feminine hygiene products that would never ever have occurred to me as something a human would want to do.

At least it seems Blaire White (also MtF) has been speaking out on his child predation. I haven't watched her for a while but I like her. She looks out for the kids.

*And before anyone says 'well most trans women arent like that and women sleep with teens too and both sexes can have a fetish..... Yeah, we covered all those stats a million times.
I'm just honestly surprised that this specific person has not been charged for anything given the evidence out there. (And like Emily, he isn't getting the respect of the gender label he wants)

The fact that I'm not accepted in ladies' changing rooms has nothing to do with my existence so far as I can tell; it's just not a space where they expect to see people with beards and chest hair.

The existence of the TRA lobby, its agenda and effectiveness, has never been in dispute.

What we were making fun of was your notion that all the extreme TRA policies that are being put into place are all the work of an anti-trans lobby.

Yaniv is defiling the reputation of the trans community. Whoever his counsel is, is anti-trans by definition. Unless you're telling me now we need a sixth thread debating a new definition of "anti"? :boggled:

Yaniv and the TRA lobby agree on the rights for the most part. The right to a 'female' scrotum wax from immigrant women was, I think, a bridge too far perhaps and why it got the most attention for how ridiculous it was....way more attention than his pervy texts with underage girls asking about how he might see them naked in a bathroom or locker room.

For example, both the TRA and Yaniv against locker room privacy restrictions that could the transgirls/women feel like they had to take additional precautions that the females did not. Same hill, but different reasons for climbing it.

I mention the case from Palatine, Illinois a lot. That's where the "no right to visual bodily privacy" statement comes from. I guess someone was happy about it.
