Until we have gold standard studies, dont you think thousands of doctors agreeing, and positive odds of one in six trillion will suffice for allowing people to access a cheap medicine proven safe over 75 years of weekly use for Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis....?
In tropical countries they take it all the time...no problem.

Doctors aren't researchers as such. As soon as we apply properly controlled, placebo-controlled, gold-standard testing to HCQ as a treatment for COVID-19, and it is shown to be safe and effective, that is when we can rationally and reasonably claim such, not before, no matter what some doctors are saying, nor how many are saying it.

If hydroxychloroquine worked the way you think it does, then it would be used as a standard treatment. It's not, though, because it didn't prove to be effective in trials.

Didn't conspiracists make up some weird guff about why it was being suppressed? Oh, microchips in the vaccines I think it was. It's hard to keep track of all that nutty stuff.

Forget hydroxychloroquine; injecting bleach into your body is the way to fight Covid. Amazed Bubba , in his devotion to Dear Leader, has not pointed that out.
