More on that:

Last month Mr. Brandenburg told his wife, who is in the process of divorcing him, that “the world is crashing down around us,”...

“He told me that if I didn’t understand by now that he is right and that the world is crashing down around us, I am in serious denial,” she said in an affidavit. “He continued to say that the government is planning cyberattacks and plans to shut down the power grid.”

She asked that his time with their children be supervised, saying he had made alarming remarks. The six-year-old had quoted him as saying, “This is not our home; heaven is our home,” and “All the bad angels and the devil are going to burn in the lake of fire forever,” she wrote.

I confess I have not done my homework enough to know if Azrael is serious in his suggestion above or just taking the piss, but considering that we know what the Covid virus is, and what it does, and what it looks like, and have developed vaccines against it, the suggestion that it has not been isolated seems a bit absurd on the face of it. So, since I was not sure just what the term "isolation" implies, I looked it up, and there are plenty of sites specifically dedicated to debunking what is apparently another one of those crazy nutjob conspiracy theories. I won't bother to link to them all, but here's one that suggests it was isolated and cultivated by Canadian scientists in March:

Christ on a bike! That's some real fundy religious nutjobbery right there. This guy sounds like a potential family annihilator to me.

Now that it is vaccine time...is this fake or not?

It's fake.

So you can rest easy, Bubba. Just out of curiosity, will you be getting vaccinated yourself?

You're welcome, Bubba- oh, hang on: he's moved on to the next silly claim.

Dr P Kory speaks at Senate committee about ivermectin; more debunked nonsense

blah blah blah......

Wow, Bubba: you've really got this whole 'skeptic' thing nailed, haven't you?
It's OK, though: I don't need your thanks. Debunking this crap is a public service I am happy to perform.
Over and over and over and over and over and over again.......

Stupidity is killing this country.

An overwhelming surge of covid cases has Los Angeles county EMS directing its personnel to conserve the use of oxygen and not to transport patients in cardiac arrest who don’t have return of spontaneous circulation on the field.

I think about the many patients to whom I’ve administered oxygen and the people in cardiac arrest that I have worked and transported. It’s horrifying that these limitations are required in this country. But it’s also disgusting that they are necessary because this disease has been deliberately taken so lightly by so much of our leadership and population.

Stupidity is killing America. It’s killed about 1 in 980 Americans in the case of COVID, and more generally it’s killing the nation by corroding our ability to function as a civilization.

Covid is not an existential threat to the nation. But stupidity is.

To expand on this a little-

I don't think stupidity itself is any more prevalent in America (or anywhere else) than it has ever historically been. I think the problem is that we live in a time, with the Internet, when it's never been easier for the stupid to be propagated to people who are willing, even eager, to embrace it for the sake of an ideology (or even for its own sake, i.e., trolling). You can't fix stupid, but you can limit it. IMO, platforms like Twitter have taken the right initial (at least) steps in being willing to label misinformation for what it is- people have the right to say whatever idiotic things they want to, but have no right to an expectation that, when those things run counter to objective fact, they won't be plainly labeled as such.

"Freedom of speech" doesn't have to mean that "speech of the Freedumbs" can't be called out for what it is.

Um...Don't pharmacists have to like, go to school and stuff?

In every “high education” job there is a small percentage of people (1-2%) who end up or started as total cranks. This is why you get doctors who are against vaccination, a single structural engineer who thinks WTC7 was blown up, or lawyers who think Stop Signs are optional or that DWI is legal.

A 2005 presentation at a Pentagon auditorium...presenter is selling a virus/vaccine which extinguishes fundamentalist urges...shows relevant brain scans. Says they cold spray it around Afghanistan. Doesnt mention Bible Belt applications.

Youtube hasnt censored it, so it must be true.
