Wood's former partner's need an order of protection:

The former partners claimed that their relationship with Wood spanning roughly half a decade started deteriorating late last year as Wood began to exhibit “erratic, hostile, abusive, and threatening” behavior.

“In the Fall of 2019, defendant Wood also committed assault and battery on Grunberg in an elevator of a hotel during an out of town deposition,” they wrote in their complaint, which also alleges that Wood attacked Wilson. “In both assaults, there was essentially no reason whatsoever for the attack, and defendant Wood later acknowledged and apologized for this violence.”
“You look in the mirror and you’re gonna see a Chilean Jewish ******* crook,” Wood told Grunberg in a voicemail on Feb. 17, 2020, according to the complaint. “Goodbye, Jonathan… you sorry bastard.”

No matter what Trump says or how he feels, it's just 19 days to go till Joe Biden's inauguration.

America has voted against him.
He lost.

Before even discussing the massive corruption which took place in the 2020 Election, which gives us far more votes than is necessary to win all of the Swing States (only need three), it must be noted that the State Legislatures were not in any way responsible for the massive....

....changes made to the voting process, rules and regulations, many made hastily before the election, and therefore the whole State Election is not legal or Constitutional. Additionally, the Georgia Consent Decree is Unconstitutional & the State 2020 Presidential Election....

....is therefore both illegal and invalid, and that would include the two current Senatorial Elections. In Wisconsin, Voters not asking for applications invalidates the Election. All of this without even discussing the millions of fraudulent votes that were cast or altered!

I notice the header picture at that site shows a nice, bucolic summer day. I hope there's a blizzard and a brutal cold front hits the city.

Sadly, the current forecast is partly sunny with temps in the 40s.

I hope to see the great Governor of South Dakota @KristiNoem, run against RINO @SenJohnThune, in the upcoming 2022 Primary. She would do a fantastic job in the U.S. Senate, but if not Kristi, others are already lining up. South Dakota wants strong leadership, NOW!

Here is post-president Trump: wanna-be king maker for the GOP. Unfortunately, I think he will succeed in this endeavor.

This is why I am OBJECTING to the 2020 election results.

The right to vote in a free and fair election is the cornerstone of our Republic. Attempts to undermine this strike at the very heart of a representative government “of, by, and for the People.”

I will not be silent.

As if that means anything.

You'd think that Diaper Don would have learned by now that judges are impartial. They rule on the law, not on who their sister is, or who appointed them!

There's also a little bit of a disconnect between Dad's whining about "massive changes" that were made to the voting process before an election, which he thinks hurt him in it, and Jr now complaining that what would be a pretty massive change, in the form of a voter purge which would help his party, isn't being allowed just before an election. Not to mention that if the judge had allowed the purge, wouldn't that have made her just the sort of "activist judge" the right-wingers like to decry? According to this article (MSN), the purge request was "based on unverified data obtained from the National Change of Address (NCOA) registry." But, since
"Targeted voters”—those whose names appeared on the NCOA registry list—attempting to vote in-person would only be permitted to cast provisional ballots, while those seeking to vote via mail would have to provide additional evidence of residency before being sent a ballot.
then the decision by the judge seems like the conservative one- those votes could be challenged then discounted later if that's shown to be warranted, and in the meantime, nobody gets irredeemably disenfranchised beforehand- just the sort of "status quo" decision you'd think righties would favor, instead of poisoning the well by making the judge the issue instead of the decision.

Oh yeah, Trump is totally about to go off the deep end.

I've never gotten involved in conspiracy threads. Now I know why. The number of anecdotes must approach infinity. One is laid to rest, five others pop up.

Welcome to conspiracist territory, where it's probably more apt to treat it as conspiracists starting with their conclusion and flailing about as they try to find anything to support it, no matter how farfetched.

Let me see if I have this straight. One of the POTUS's most prominent allies is calling for his VP to be executed by firing squad, and FOX news doesn't feel it's newsworthy enough to be mentioned?

Prominent ally? To poke at the Daily Beast on that (with the grain of salt required for that source),

Trumpworld Declares War on ‘Fool’ Trumpist Lawyer Lin Wood

After Wood encouraged a boycott of the Georgia runoff, the president’s campaign suggested he was a Democratic plant.

Disconnect? That might require assuming that the invoked principles has anything to do with the things that they're trying to make happen. Much like the mail-in ballot attacks have nothing to do with merit and everything to do with trying to alter the rules to their immediate advantage.

Not to mention that if the judge had allowed the purge, wouldn't that have made her just the sort of "activist judge" the right-wingers like to decry? It might be worth comparing this to the state of hundreds of thousands of already wrongfully purged voters that voting rights supporters sued to have restored to the rolls, who also happen to be disproportionately POC and younger voters. Judge refused the measure to invoke an emergency restoration before the election (apparently after the state outright lied about what they had done), so any restoration will apparently play out after the run-offs. Before then, while those wrongfully purged can use a provisional ballot, it simply will not be counted because they're not on the voting rolls.

The latest in a series of attempts by allies of President Donald Trump to overturn the November US election result has failed.

A Texas judge rejected the case, brought by Republican Louie Gohmert, seeking to stop Vice-President Mike Pence from certifying the final result.

Lawyers for Mr Pence had asked for the case to be thrown out on Thursday.

President-elect Joe Biden is due to take office on 20 January. Mr Trump is yet to concede defeat.

Mr Gohmert, a Republican congressman, told Newsmax TV that he plans to appeal the verdict.
