Hey Bubba, are you ever embarrassed, or at least mildly perturbed, by the fact that so many of the people who are on your side about this whole Trump election thing seem to be literal idiots and/or complete goddamn morons? I'm genuinely curious.

Dominion lawyers warn of ‘imminent’ legal action against Rudy Giuliani

Attorneys for Dominion Voting Systems have demanded Rudy Giuliani and White House counsel Pat Cipollone preserve their records related to the company at the centre of their conspiracies and baseless claims of election fraud following the results of the 2020 presidential election .

The attorneys for the company – who have also issued warnings to Sidney Powell to retract her “wild, knowingly baseless and false accusations” about the company’s voting machines – urged Donald Trump’s personal attorney to halt "defamatory claims" in its instructions to “preserve and retain all documents relating to Dominion” and his “smear campaign” against the company.

Attorneys told Mr Cipollone that their request for document preservation also includes conversations White House officials had with attorneys like Mr Giuliani or Ms Powell about the company.

Defamation lawyers Tom Clare and Megan Meier from Clare Locke LLP warned Mr Giuliani that “litigation regarding these issues is imminent.

Dominion has a strong case. They can subpoena all kind of documents. Those document may show that they knew that this was a bunch of rubbish and were going to push it in court anyway.

The conspiracist narrative is that Dominion is on the run and closing up shop, which is so funny, because the opposite is true. I've been hoping for reprisals, and of course here they are.
 
The Supreme Court denied the request to expedite Trump's appeals of the Pennsylvania rulings. Briefs are due by January 22, two days after inauguration. In arguing that the case was not moot, plaintiffs said these issues were still relevant even after January 6 and even after inauguration day because it would affect future elections.

The Supreme Court called their bluff and double-dogged dared them to pursue the matter after this election is settled if this suit really truly is about the integrity of election laws and not just an attempt to overturn this election.

That is awesome.

I suppose I could be wrong, but I'm thinking that they just told Trump and Friends to go away until after the inauguration, at which point they will tell them to go away. i.e. they haven't actually agreed to hear the case. They just said that they won't even think about hearing the case until after the new guy is in office. I'm pretty sure at that time they will say "no".

Which of course could just as easily be

Eligible voters: 212m
Turnout: 66%
Total votes: 140m
Biden votes: 80m
Remaining possible votes for Trump: 140m-80m=60m

So 14 million Trump votes were illegal - he tried to fix the election and failed

Of course, the total vote figure is wrong... its more like 158 million
 
Nah. Chances are absolutely nobody was asking that at the meeting in Florida. Trump just has this thing where he likes to frame his own thoughts as things "other people" (often "everyone") have said to him or asked him. A sort of meatspace version of "I get lots of support in IMs".

January 6th, Trump will invoke the Insurrection Act in response to the violence his supporters are going to create in DC and maybe other places. He'll tell ANTIFA to disperse (according to the law, he has to tell the people doing the insurrecting to go home before he sends any troops), say they didn't and tell the military to rerun the election. Hi-jinks will then ensue. I'm glad I'm working from home that day.

He could go on a tour as presidential story teller after his term.
Every story ending with what a great and wonderful leader he was until his reign was stolen from him. How so many random nameless folks told him about things done to hurt him and take away his kingdom.
