I think I can see your problem: You are utterly ignorant, or simply trying to "own the libz" again in your childish fashion. And not doing a very good job of it, eh.
The internet as we know it began about 1975. So are you saying the "scamdemic" was planned more than 45 years ago??
How about before the Internet use started accelerating to global proportions, which was around 1985. The "scamdemic" is from 35 years ago??
Is that what you are really saying here?
Maybe it was in the 80's or early nineties. It was before online discussions really took off, because I'm recalling it was in books and newsletters. Also public talks.
Anyway, there were reports of various leaks, or snatches, ...like from some high level meeting such as (maybe) Bilderberg. Or from some think tank, now that I recall. A waiter, or housekeeping staff overheard a conversation, or part of a talk. Or they would find papers left behind.
Maybe domestic staff in some castle had heard enough that compelled them to tell someone. I dont recall specifically who, but there were numerous reports from various sources. Bill Cooper surely would have talked about it.
I recall one long newsletter item where some guy had attended or eavesdropped where a speaker was discussing myriad elements of what would later become standard NWO lore. People that would like to control others do need to conduct such talks and meetings.
In general, the gist of what I referred to was bits and pieces of so called NWO plans to consolidate power and control with "problem-reaction-solution" strategies.
A pandemic, (augmented or natural) was just one of the scenarios mentioned. The understanding in part was that in their planning sessions, the clowns were running scenarios that someday would incrementally condition the population to get accustomed to being controlled.
And, throttling economies (as in part of a "great reset") was usually another aspect of it, from what I recall.
Years later there were guests on the Art Bell radio show who were from the same era, talking about the same stuff, some with updates.
In other words, parts of what is happening today aligns with what was reportedly "war-gamed" back then.
