Mistral, mistral wind...
I'm sure this is more symbolic than anything else but there's this:

That bit about "lawsuits seeking to obliterate public confidence in our democratic system by invalidating the clear results of the 2020 presidential election " is especially on point to me. If I hear one more Repubby spout that pious, self-serving crap that "this is just about making sure the people can have confidence in the integrity of our electoral process," I'm going to puke. Seriously- these are the people impugning, without evidence sufficient to get any favorable court rulings, even by Trump-appointed judges, an election Biden won; they're joining in a suit in which Texas assumes a right to dictate how other states run their elections, because Texas doesn't like the way those other states made adjustments in their processes for the pandemic, even though Texas itself made some adjustments (as well as some other states not being sued by Texas, which, purely coincidentally I'm sure, voted the same way as Texas); and they're helping to set a precedent by which any future election can be invalidated by any state on the losing end of it which doesn't like the way some other state(s) on the winning end held theirs.
Yeah- that'll restore confidence in our electoral process.
