In youTube's corner of America, videos about a certain stolen election are now banned.
 
The argument being that Trump should do something clearly unconstitutional to force the Supreme Court to declare it such?

In any case, Trump cannot invoke the Insurrection act if there isn't actually an insurrection...

Insurrection Definition: a violent uprising against an authority or government.

Before invoking it, the president "must first issue a proclamation ordering the insurgents to disperse within a limited time, 10 USC § 334.4. If the situation does not resolve itself, the President may issue an executive order to send in troops,"


As far as I can see there haven't been any violent uprisings by any election workers

Pssh. There's plenty of "violent" uprisings, just like the one that he crushed so he could show off something that was supposedly a Bible. Or the many, many gatherings that involved violence once the police broke the rules to attack those who they didn't feel respected by.

Or he could just invoke the Insurrection Act in response to the Bowling Green Massacre.

This is also the same administration that wanted to classify protesting against Trump as sedition*, so definitions don't really matter.


*Barr did, at least. I think the federal prosecutors he gave the instructions to just said "What? Hahahaha! No."

Since the votes are counted and certified, the election workers have already dispersed. I imagine they've all gone home or back to whatever they do when there isn't an election.
