Trump's Coup d'état.

Apparently, this goes a lot deeper than we thought. Even the conservatives on the SCOTUS are in on the fix, too. Along with various state Supreme courts, federal appeals judges, pizza shops, the Post Office, and more.

The Attorney General and the FBI too apparently. It's is becoming more and more clear all the time. #redpilled

You know 'non-white' voters was not the issue, right?

Because it looks like you can't parse what I'm saying now.

I think we're talking past each other.

I'm just saying the GOP talking points has been to count only legal votes and not illegal votes. They don't in actuality care about the color of the Biden voter they deem as illegal. In practice or strategy they have focused on deeming ballots from areas more populated by people of color as "illegal".

Republicans believe that all people think like them, and as such, no person could possibly vote for a Democrat. Thus it is logical that all votes for a Democrat must be fraudulent because no person would have cast them. The fact that such fraudulent behaviour happens in areas with a lot of people of colour further proves this belief because they have done everything possible to prevent such people from voting, and thus any votes from POC must clearly be fraudulent.

Arizona GOP asks followers if they're willing to die in effort to overturn election results

The Arizona Republican Party has asked its followers if they are willing to die for the cause of overturning the presidential election results, eliciting alarm and criticism from within and outside the GOP.

The party's official Twitter account on Monday night shared a post from Ali Alexander, an activist with an organization called "Stop the Steal" that has protested election results.

"I am willing to give my life for this fight," Alexander wrote. When sharing his comment, the GOP asked followers: "He is. Are you?"

The party then posted a clip from the movie "Rambo", highlighting the quote: “This is what we do, who we are. Live for nothing, or die for something.”

A handful of users replied they were indeed willing to give their lives to the cause. But the majority of respondents — which included voters, lawmakers and pundits — decried the posts as the latest escalation in violent rhetoric this campaign season.

The Arizona Supreme Court denied another appeal this evening.

There might be more failed court cases now than there are Hunter Biden laptops.

Surprised that wasn't flagged and removed from Twitter under incitement to violence?

Maybe not so surprising.

Twitter founder and CEO Jack Dorsey defended asking the hard-right figure Ali Alexander, also known as Ali Akbar, for his views on kicking the conspiracy theorist Alex Jones off the social media platform, saying he made "interesting points."

Alexander, a conservative Christian activist, has posted a number of anti-Semitic tweets to his account. He denies that the tweets are anti-Semitic or that he is an anti-Semite, claiming that his own Semitic heritage invalidates the accusations

From what I see, the Supreme Court only denied emergency injunctive relief. In the order, it did NOT deny cert.

It kills the case anyway, at least for any chance of being heard in time to overturn the EV's. If they take it up later it may affect future elections. Given the multiple issues with the case that the lower court found, however, I wouldn't bet on it.

Denying the injunction, after being referred to the Court, with no dissenting opinion, makes it pretty clear the court would not grant a writ of certiorari.

The Supreme Court pretty much never takes on a case where they cannot grant relief and would just be settling a matter of law for the future.

I'd be willing to let Trump have another 4 years provided everyone who voted for him commits suicide.

The Arizona Supreme Court on Tuesday affirmed President-elect Joe Biden's victory in Arizona, upholding a lower court's finding that there was no misconduct, fraud or illegal voting in the general election.

The ruling came hours before the so-called "safe harbor" cutoff.

Yes we are. Because you misunderstood what I meant about the initial post being hard to parse. But I did parse it eventually and it seems you didn't understand that which is fine because my post wasn't clear either.

You said that you found it difficult to believe that he would be elected in 2024 because he was overwhelmingly rejected.

Biden won about 5% more of the popular vote. I don't regard that as an overwhelming rejection.

And I don't find it hard to believe he will be reelected in 2024 given these totals. This far out, of course, it's a fool's game to predict what will happen. But given that he won in 2016 and that this victory was far from a landslide, I could totally imagine reelection. I don't find that hard to believe at all.

Of course, as 2024 nears, it may become harder to imagine. Or easier.

Fine. If you don't consider Trump losing to Biden by more than 7 million votes being overwhelmingly rejected, especially when Republicans actually gained House seats and didn't lose (so far) Senate seats, then I don't know what it would take for you to consider a loss to be overwhelming.

(bolding mine)

They lost a Senate seat in Colorado and Arizona, and won one in Alabama.
That's -1 for now.

Marc Elias, who's been defending in court against the Trump lawsuits, said he can't imagine why Paxton would be doing something so ridiculous like suing the swing states in the name of TX except to maybe finagle a pardon from Trump.

I don't think that a Presidential Pardon would help him get out of his crimes against his State.

Yeah. Isn't Paxton out of the federal charges and down to state charges. If so, that means he didn't file this meritless claim to get a pardon, but just because he is a jerk.
