Body of work.

It was painful listening to her. I tried so hard to give her the benefit of the doubt. She threw everything and the kitchen sink at this. She went off with one conspiracy theory after conspiracy theory. As if somehow, a truckload of crap makes you ignore the smell.

Her arguments for standing, jurisdiction and against laches were absurdly weak.

How much longer must this go on before she is declared a vexatious litigant?

We don't have that in the United States. But Powelll has had a number of suits dimissed "with Prejudice" which amounts to the same thing.

No we have that, but it is not unified like out court system isn't unified. So get declaired a vexatious litigant with regards to a specific court.

"On April 19, 2020, Judge James V. Selna of the United States District Court, Central District of California, granted a motion to declare pro se plaintiff Peter Strojnik, Sr. a vexatious litigant, requiring him to obtain the permission of the Court before filing any future accessibility lawsuits with the District Court. Federal courts by statute have the discretion to enjoin vexatious litigants. See All Writs Act, 28 U.S.C. §1651(a). Defense attorneys and hotel owners and operators, especially in California, are very familiar with Mr. Strojnik as he has filed hundreds of nearly identical lawsuits and claims against hotels in the last few years as a pro se plaintiff after his license to practice law was suspended for unethical conduct."

I’m not entirely convinced that the 78-year-old man really thinks spending the next 8 years as president is much more desirable than spending the next 4 years as president.

That's not an evidence based concern, that's one made of stereotypes. Biden has been running for POTUS for more than a decade. He obviously wants to be POTUS.

And I don't see any indication looking at all his cabinet appointments and actions preparing to take over that suggest he's too old.

The only thing I wished he hadn't said was that he'd call the new health care plan, Biden Care. I wanted to scream, no stupid, call it the Affordable Care Act!

I don't know. I'm curious to see how the election challenges evolve after tomorrow.

I am afraid the electoin channlenges, after BIden is actually elected that the challenges will move into the streets with widespread violence.

Works for me.
I can’t think of anything more entertaining than seeing President Chucklehead being served subpoenas on live TV.

That would be great! Trump gets off AF1 (doesn't it need to be in DC) and a bunch of process servers hand him a stack of subpoenas.

I'm sticking to my belief that these lawsuits were intentionally filed too late so that they would be dismissed on "laches" rather than due to a lack of evidence. This way they can claim that their supposed evidence was never given the opportunity to be fully evaluated in a court hearing.

They will claim that anyway.

I'm legit wondering if he's going to try and flee the country.

A lot depends, I think, on his assessment of his post-presidential legal and financial status.

A lot of people are convinced that he has committed crime after crime and/or that creditors will take everything he has. I don't if either of those are true. If they are, he will be looking for any way to avoid prosecution and/or poverty, and spending time away from the United States might facilitate one or both of those ends.

My hunch is he will stay right here. Even if he goes bankrupt, he won't end up having all his assets seized, and will be working out how to make a new wad of money on some combination of books, TV, and swindling the gullible using means that are just barely legal.

I'm a little more optimistic than you. Not that I don't think there will be violence. Only that I think it will be limited in scope.

it's so hard to see into these deranged minds.

At this point, I'm leaning toward agreeing with you, with the idea that this whole legal fight is a charade to set up his next con job.

Whether planned or coincidence, the whine that these judges didn't even review the evidence will be the mantra used by Trump and fellow republicons to gull the credulous and continue the grift.
