All fine and dandy except Judge McCollough's ruling was vacated and the case was dismissed with prejudice by the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court today.

The court was asked to invalidate a universal mail-in voting policy that was signed by Wolf and passed by a Republican-held legislature last year. The plaintiffs argued that provisions that allowed expanded mail-in voting in the state were unconstitutional, according to the order.

"As a remedy, Petitioners sought to invalidate the ballots of the millions of Pennsylvania voters who utilized the mail-in voting procedures established by Act 77 and count only those ballots that Petitioners deem to be 'legal votes'", the order continued.

The plaintiffs failed to address the Constitutionality of this legislation during the 180 day period following its passage. Waiting till after the election is not timely and decidedly unfair to the citizens of Pennsylvania who in good faith performed their patriotic duty.

You do get this was the Pennsylvania State legislature and not the US Senate don't you? These are Pennsylvania State cases.
 
Team trump is going to need a heap of that pesky evidence the courts have been demanding to gain any traction.

Otherwise, and so far it has all been stall tactics on every turn.
Insulting the courts and laws is no way to win favor with anyone.

"Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy," wrote Judge Stephanos Bibas, a former member of the Federalist Society whom President Trump nominated to the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in 2017. "Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so."
The ruling caps a tumultuous November for the Trump campaign, which has seen virtually every legal challenge to the outcome of the presidential election tossed by the courts. Friday's decision upholds last week's dismissal of Trump's bid to delay vote certification in Pennsylvania.

You do get that when a court rules against a plaintiff "with prejudice" as the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court did today, they are stating firmly "this is over".

Harris is no fool. Evil, but no fool.

She knows she would be a fool to listen to an MSM puppet telling the flock it is OVAH!!
