All those nuts like to throw their weight around when they’re the only ones with guns. They don’t have the stomach for war

Yeah, they start to get outnumbered or even face token resistance from Antifa, or the police refuses to protect them and they melt away. They are rank cowards.

Pennsylvania State Supreme Court ruling.

Pennsylvania State Representative R Kelly requested the court to invalidate a universal mail-in voting policy that was signed by Wolf and passed by a Republican-held legislature last year. They argued that provisions that allowed expanded mail-in voting in the state were unconstitutional, according to the order.

"Upon consideration of the parties’ filings in Commonwealth Court, we hereby dismiss the petition for review with prejudice based upon Petitioners’ failure to file their facial constitutional challenge in a timely manner," the order read.

I'd be a liar if I said I don't get nervous as well. Where it counts the courts have stopped Trump cold. The Pennsylvania State Supreme Court have now made two rulings slapping Trump around.
But I'll be happy after the next two weeks have passed.

Dont get nervous, acbytesla. Her opinion just sounds silly.

Besides, Trump's team would have to go and file the same argument in a few other key states, in order to prevail. Dont be nervous.

The plaintiffs argued that, by tossing out these excuses, the state had simply implemented universal mail-in voting by disguising it as no-excuse absentee voting and claimed the move lacked “constitutional authority.”

Judge McCullough appeared to agree.

“Since this presents an issue of law which has already been thoroughly briefed by the parties, this Court can state that Petitioners have a likelihood of success on the merits of its Pennsylvania Constitutional claim,” she added.

frivolous suit says:

....blah blah blah..requirements must be strictly followed. Specifically, pursuant to Article XI, Section 1, a proposed constitutional amendment must be approved by a majority vote of the members of both the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and Senate in two consecutive legislative sessions, then the proposed amendment must be published for three months ahead of the next general election in two newspapers in each county, and finally it must be submitted to the qualified electors as a ballot question in the next general election and approved by a majority of those voting on the amendment. According to Petitioners, the legislature did not follow the necessary procedures for amending the Constitution before enacting Act 77 which created a new category of mail-in voting; therefore, the mail-in ballot scheme under Act 77 is unconstitutional on its face and must be struck down

Dont get nervous.

The Trump faithful are such clowns. They think they can wheel and deal their way around anything, even the will of the people. At least the judges are faithful to the law, even the conservative ones. That does give me hope.

So you do understand that Trump fairly and truly lost the election?

I think any of us who are nervous are like someone stuck in a car with a drunk driver. That's kind of how Trump will seem to us until he's safely gone.

More silly stuff:

"..... You're saying you’re going to get a joint resolution to actually go forward and, the Republicans control the House and Senate, to go forward to basically take the power back from the secretary of state and put it in the state legislature to put forward the electors?” he asked.

“That is exactly what we’re gonna do,” the lawmaker confirmed.

“And so, look, it’s gonna obviously be a struggle. We’re gonna hear the palpitations and you know the outcries of our Governor Wolf and Secretary Boockvar, whose resignation should have happened months ago and she shouldn’t have ever been confirmed,” he added.

Earlier this week, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf announced that the state had certified results of the 2020 presidential election and declared Biden the winner.

Wizard’s Domino Theory:

If one state falls to Trump, others will likely fall too. Getting the first state to flip is the biggest hurdle. Once one state goes, the other state legislatures will have sufficient cover to follow suit.

“But you know what we have that power and we’re gonna take that power back because there’s so much evidence of shenanigans and fraud, we can’t stand aside and just watch this unfold around us. You know, it’s not about disenfranchising anyone…,” Mastriano said.

"....it's about disenfranchising everyone!"

Setting aside the results of the election also, of necessity, sets aside all the votes for the losing side, to, ya know.

And it sets a precedent that this is acceptable, so you might want to think about who else might try it in the future. Or in another state.

You're right, that's damn silly. The election is over, and "flipping states for Trump" is pure fantasy. There's always an idiot out there with more crap to say, but that doesn't mean anything. The courts have stood up for the law, and the law is pretty clear. BS doesn't fly.

Fortunately, the US court system seems to be the cop that has pulled the Trumpists over and is now giving them a DUI test.

And they can’t even find the white line (ironic) let alone walk straight on it.

Huh, who is that?

"Smeared by the Left and retweeted by @RealDonaldTrump"

Oh yeah, they just screams 'trustworthy source'.

You have to topple the first domino to have a domino effect. Right now Trump is trying to knock down Stonehenge megaliths by throwing feathers at it.

Absolutely, the law is the line of defence here. The US should be proud of their court system. (I hope I'm not speaking too soon.)

The justice system will do the right thing.

Dont get nervous.

All fine and dandy except Judge McCollough's ruling was vacated and the case was dismissed with prejudice by the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court today.

The court was asked to invalidate a universal mail-in voting policy that was signed by Wolf and passed by a Republican-held legislature last year. The plaintiffs argued that provisions that allowed expanded mail-in voting in the state were unconstitutional..

"As a remedy, Petitioners sought to invalidate the ballots of the millions of Pennsylvania voters who utilized the mail-in voting procedures established by Act 77 and count only those ballots that Petitioners deem to be 'legal votes'", the order continued.

The plaintiffs failed to address the Constitutionality of this legislation during the 180 day period following its passage. Waiting till after the election is not timely and decidedly unfair to the citizens of Pennsylvania who in good faith performed their patriotic duty.

So neither you, or the right wing link you made, can explain any legal reason for your hilarious claim that other states will fall like dominoes to Trump, if Trump's can take one state by a coup.
