Biden did poorly in big cities (Politico), except those of Detroit (more votes than people!), Philadelphia, Atlanta and Milwaukee, which he had to win. Not surprisingly, they are all located in the most important swing states, and are long known for being politically corrupt!

The unanimous ruling from the three judges on the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, all of whom were nominated by Republican presidents, said that the Trump campaign's "claims have no merit.

The 21-page opinion points out that when standing before Brann in a courtroom, Giuliani said that the campaign "doesn't plead fraud".

"Calling an election unfair does not make it so,...Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here."

Basically the Third Circuit judge slammed every argument that the Trump legal team made in Pennsylvania. Every argument.

Yep. States are pretty tight lipped about exactly how the election systems work and what audits are run. I have only heard vague clues in the past where some system raised some issues that had to be looked into.

Everything should be logged. That should include when a device is turned on or off and where a drive is connected or disconnected. There should be multiple sets of data for different steps recorded on completely separated systems. There should be many data audits and an analysis of the application codes and data stores on files on all devices.

Someone swapping out a drive with their own data should very easily set off many clear and obvious red flags across multiple system checks.

This is a bit like showing how easy it is for a burglar to break into a person's home, but then claiming that the burglar could steal all the person's stuff and the person would never know. Similar to the Prop 8 case. "Experts" who had lots of vile slander about homosexuality suddenly didn't want to make those same statements under oath.

Dave Wasserman of Cook Political tweeted this morning that there are 1 to 2 million ballots mostly from NYC left to be counted.
