IMHO they begun to go south when he made Jack Ryan president...

I liked Sum of all Fears and Debt of Honor which ended with Ryan becoming President, but Executive Orders where he actually was POTUS throughout the book was horrible.

My favorite Clancy book and one I always wished they made a movie of was Without Remorse. The main character was John Clark. Ryan wasn't in that one.

That is actually being filmed.

I wonder what Emily Murphy's next job will be.

Dave

And another rat abandons the sinking ship.
And the GSA can go back to being it usual borderline competent at best self.
No matter who is in the White House, the GSA manages to make simple things incredibly complex. Most federal employees have their GSA horror stories.

I want to thank Emily Murphy at GSA for her steadfast dedication and loyalty to our Country. She has been harassed, threatened, and abused – and I do not want to see this happen to her, her family, or employees of GSA. Our case STRONGLY continues, we will keep up the good...

...fight, and I believe we will prevail! Nevertheless, in the best interest of our Country, I am recommending that Emily and her team do what needs to be done with regard to initial protocols, and have told my team to do the same.

BTW Michael B Jordan is John CLark in the film.

That's a bit of a strange choice given that in the book Clark was Irish. Sort of like Morgan Freeman playing Red in Shawshank Redemption. But that worked out well. Can't wait to see it.

The guidelines say that the transition is supposed to start when the president-elect is "apparent," and it does not have to be stalled until it is "obvious to everyone but the braindead morons"

She failed in her job.

More accurately "Trump's account tweets". It's clear as day when he's not the author. Wonder if they let him even see this one before they sent it out, or if he had to be tied up in the corner while they did it.

It doesn't matter what color he is. In fact, I'm happy that studios are looking past that. It's irrelevant to the story. It's not like Clark is a well known historical figure.
