Allegations of Fraud in 2020 US Election

I've heard that the SCOTUS might still take up the Pennsylvania case, but only after everything is certified. There is no way they are going to say that "voters who followed the rules don't count if we decide later that the rules are wrong"

What point would there be then? They can't "uncertify." That is not their job. They can only deal with voters themselves, plus any handling of the ballots.

The point of all the Bush Gore thing was to get whatever counting or recounting was going on by the early December date. There was not time to recount all of Florida.

What point would there be then?

The next election.

This is why states also do audits after the results are certified - to figure out issues that occurred and how to prevent them from happening next time.

Did someone say Sidney Powell is behaving like a military lawyer dealing with treason?

For justice's sake, we all hope it is true that High Court Judges were moved to new positions.

If so, Constitutional Law will be implemented in corrupt States.

Now how many States won’t certify their results?

I only heard somebody say that Sidney Powell’s evidence of fraud was so convincing that Trump fired her for it and disavowed her publicly. Idk why you keep throwing her out there like it’s relevant.

Although even more strange is still pushing the dominion CT about vote switching. When the hand recounts matched that should have buried it.

And if the opposing team did manage to score 39 points in two minutes it would not be the kind of thing you had to challenge the play or demand a review or go to the tapes on, it would be kind of obvious.

At this point Trump was down by 39 points a 2 minutes, we all watched the last two minutes and say that nothing happened, and he's still demanding reviews and replays.

It’s like challenging a spot on 2nd and 6 that should have actually been 2nd and 6 but just a little further back 2nd and 6.

In a world where sweaty bald men badly losing court cases is a brilliant legal strategy, this may be their biggest win yet.

Oh, to be a fly on the wall at the WH and watching Trump having his break down today. It must be a beautiful thing to see.

Okay so who wants to calculate the over/under on the epilogue to Biden's victory being procedurally officialized?

Two scenarios:

1. Trump's temper tantrum is permanentized; he and his legal team continue to insist for the rest of their lives that the election results were fraudulent.

2. Trump's legal team issues a statement along the lines of "We only wanted to make sure the results were fair and accurate and we are now satisfied, this is the system working as intended no hard feelings" and Trump is left to insinuate for the rest of his life that he was robbed but in ways that his proxies and spokespersons can handwave as joking or ironic when called out for it.
