GOP just lost another case in Georgia. To be fair, it wasn't actually Trump bringing the suit, it was one of the people that would have been an elector. His claim is apparently that he was harmed because his candidate didn't win and therefore he wouldn't be allowed to vote for him in the EC.
The star witness was a GOP activist who testified that the vote totals from a retirement village "didn't seem right" to her. Any evidence they were wrong? No, it was just weird. She can't believe that Biden would get more votes than Trump in that group.
Of course, the case never came close. It was immediately thrown out because the plaintiff lacked standing. Oh, and there were no merits to the arguments, either.
And, finally, it was a Trump-appointed judge.
