She's right.

ETA: Probably a key part of the change of heart:

"The change in course was approved by the two Republican and two Democratic canvassers with the demand that the Secretary of State's office conduct an audit of unbalanced absentee counting board results."

Basically, there were, in fact, a lot of errors in the counting. More than there ought to be. It only affected a small number of votes, but it wasn't a good outcome. So, it looks like the canvassers talked amongst themselves and agreed to certify the results in exchange for an official examination of the process in Wayne County, especially in Detroit. Seems fair.

There were 138 precincts in Wayne County. The poll books count of how many voted didn't match the number counted. The variance ranged from 1-4 votes.

Wow, people being reasonable! That's good news. The refusal earlier to not certify the results troubled me.

MSNBC just had the LT Gov on. The board certified the results in a compromise deal that there would be an audit of out of precinct votes.

And less than 20 minutes after a trump tweet about it.

So good.

ETA: 5 tweets on it in 15 minutes!

Of course I was right. It only took my husband less than 2 years of marriage to come to that understanding. I've been a member here well over 4 years. What's wrong with you people? Slow learners? :D

Yeah, I know the drill

"I am absolutely right about this.... and I have my wife's permission to say so!"

Well it was in direct contradiction to the 4 articles I read about the tie. So you know. ;)

Maybe we need a word that is more specific that Schadenfreude, something that only applies to observing Donald Trump's misfortune.

Well, Trumpenschadenfreude would be possible. It might translate as "Trump damage joy".

It's been an unmentionable number of decades since I did a semester of university German, though.

I'm at that point where I get no joy out of it. Everything about Trump sickens me. I long for him being irrelevant and not hearing or seeing his name again.

Trump has fired , Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Chris Krebs

Yes he did. I'm wondering what chump he'll stick in to claim that the whole election was rigged. I'm skeptical that this would change anything, though. It's almost entertaining to watch all the pathetic flailing about.

Biden should immediately hire him as his Cybersecrity advisor, and put him right back in his job on January 20, 2021. In fact, he should do that with all Trumps revenge firings.

No. Maybe with him.

I certainly appreciate his independence, but it should be kept in mind that many of Trump's firings only accelerate the inevitable. Most likely going to lose their jobs in the next 60 days, i guarantee you that most of Trump's administration is presently seeking new jobs.

I got the impression that he feels like he's done what he set out to do. Krebs wanted to secure the election. He secured the election. Maybe he wants to go back to Microsoft. I'm sure he took a big pay cut to take this job.

The Detroit Free Press says the discrepancy was 367 in Detroit. Around 150,000 votes were tallied in Detroit.

The article I read (Free Press, I believe) said that the precinct counts were off from one to more than four votes each. "More than four" is rather vague. I can think of literally dozens of numbers that are more than four, just off the top of my head.
