On that note, the Wisconsin lawsuit against a local TV station airing an ad with Trump's own words just got tossed out.

I don't think so. Mostly because at the rate it has been growing.

But I haven't a clue how many uncounted ballots there are.

I've read people speculating there may be another 2 million ballots left to count. That seems ridiculous to me. But otoh, I didn't think we'd hit 77 million votes for Biden let alone 79 million.

I'm just reporting what does get counted.

Is Trump telling his supporters they should be more like Canadians?

I'm all for that, but I don't think it'll happen.
 
I agree with Trump that we should use hand-marked paper ballots with people counting those votes.

However, he's just whining because he lost.

If those numbers are accurate, its very likely the margin will easily top 6 million, maybe as high as 6.5 million. Also the 80 million votes total would be a shoe-in.

I'm not sure your assumption is correct about the tactics affecting the public. Maybe the public is affecting the tactics. And gosh, why was the GOP so up in arms about the Obama presidency? It's as if there was something different about Obama. If only we could figure out what it was.

I haven't followed these suits very closely. But I read this one because someone posted a marked-up version. If I understand correctly that claim is still in the suit, but the remedy was omitted: blocking the certification of almost 700,000 votes counted in "secret." It did make me wonder what exactly the setup was for observing counting of absentee ballots. If the Trump campaign is still making that claim, the suit is not necessarily as dead as I'd like it to be.

The thing about equal protection is bogus. Some counties that allowed "curing" are Republican-dominated and some counties that didn't allow it lean Democratic. And it's not very many votes.
