Allegations of Fraud in 2020 US Election

If there's any basis to these allegations then that's very worrying indeed. :(

Even if it's difficult to prove that election law had been broken - though it seems to be a cut-and-dried case - animal cruelty laws must have been broken.

Is there any video evidence for these claims ?

Where is PeTA? I would have to assume any video was confiscated and destroyed by the Deep State. I hope this whistleblower remains safe.

... How about the East Chicago Indiana 2003 election which resulted in 32 convictions. The Indiana Supreme Court required a subsequent election which resulted in a different winner.

Perhaps you’d prefer to consider that in 2008 three members of ACORN submitted 1,762 fraudulent voter registration forms in Seattle, Washington that resulted in jail time and thousands of dollars in fines?

I have many more of these historical examples. I do hope that you find one of them to be ‘real’ and ‘representative.’ They are meant to show that election fraud has happened, and will continue to occur unless we do something different.
Well let's just start with this inaccurate description.

ACORN paid people by the registration to register voters. Some of those paid persons filled out fraudulent registrations. IT'S IMPORTANT TO KNOW HERE, NO ONE VOTED WITH THESE FRAUDULENT REGISTRATIONS.

ACORN was not allowed to not send those registrations in. IIRC they warned the voter registration office the registrations were suspect.

I know of no one who went to jail. You're going to need a source to confirm that. Nothing in your link says anything about your claims about ACORN.

Perhaps you need to make it clear you are talking about two different things instead of trying to insinuate guilt by association or rather falsely implying these two things are even remotely related.

How will this type of verification be applied to absentee ballots?

This was but one of many examples. They are not all exactly the same. Police investigate on heresy all the time.

Bolding mine...

Really? I don't think the police should get involved in religious debates at all - separation of church and state and all that! :p

I’m not convinced he won’t do anything, but I’m not 100% sure he won’t try either. And firing and putting loyalists in place of the command of the people that are supposed to stop a coup, it just got more possible, not less. Have to admit it’s a little disturbing none the less.

I do hope this is not the plan.

They need to watch that clip from "Gangs Of New York" I posted in this thread. Now THERE is how you commit voter fraud....
That is why I don't put much credence in the whole Coup theory. Trump and the GOP are not nearly smart enough to poull it off/
I agree. This might just be one of Trump's fantasy. He has a lot of those.

Good Twitter thread by a local reporter about that Hopkins guy, the USPS "whistle blower" who recanted (or maybe didn't).

Worth a read, but bottom line: "So, if there was a plot to fudge ballot postmarks, it only impacted 2 ballots. "

I've heard a number of Republicans claiming they need to know if there was fraud. And when confronted with the obvious elephant in the room that none of these piddly transgressions has a chance in hell of overturning thousands of votes that Biden is ahead.

"Lalalalala we can't hear you. We need to know, let the process play out to the end."

And I doubt a Supreme Court that is going to let the Aca survive is going to support a coup. Yes, the jusjtisces are more conservative then I would like, but I really doubt they would go for a overturning of the election unless Trump had some real evidence.

Especially as what that would require is disenfranchisement of many citizens.

Would the claims here count as more than piddly transgressions?

If this is substantiated, it looks like we would be talking about more than a handful of votes.

Oooh, more unsubstantiated allegations! How long til this one gets laughed out of court like the rest of them?

You gotta stop assuming the crowd that keeps getting caught making stuff up just might be telling the truth this time.

OK, I've read it.

You do understand this is not anything arising from an investigation? That just because someone has "filed" a "lawsuit" does not give the claims any more weight? Do you remember quite a few members here were sued and court documents raised and lodged? Such filings lend no weight to the claims made in them? Or the many times such lawsuits were filed by those claiming Obama was not a born USA citizen and therefore could not be POTUS?

Such lawsuits are no more meaningful than the same claim being made on Twitter.

I'm sure the lawyers in this case will be able to provide evidence to all these wild claims beyond these affidavits.

It's a tedious read, but punctuated by moments of Republicans crying when poll workers were rude to them and told them to **** off and not stand so close to them.

Truly the most insufferable people, it makes it even funnier that they lost and are very mad about it.

Remember, in the story, the last time there really is a wolf.

I'm sure these allegations are just like that. :D

Just a point in your position in general.

We are not your academic advisors. I'm not here to help you at your hypothesis stage. We are the final audience. Why are you bringing us your work when it is severely undercooked?

The "let the system play out," group spend a lot of time yapping then letting the system play out. It looks less like transparency and more like trying to persuade with ********.

Don't motte and bailey me Darat. Skeptic Ginger incorrectly stated that the claims were "piddly transgressions" that couldn't overturn thousands of votes, so I posted one of the claims that isn't a piddly transgression and is talking about thousands of votes. Now you are changing the question to whether the claims have been reviewed and found to have merit. That's a different question and something that we will have to wait for. We talk about court filings and their implications all the time on the forum,

I was refuting Sceptic Ginger's false assertion that the claims were piddly and didn't amount to thousands of votes.
