I think he probably knows he has got it. But showing modesty, beats nutty orange media wise.

Look, I don't want to start a thing here since it's already just two people spamming the forum trying to have the last word with each other, but I take exception to someone being called 'sad' over their interests.

That's all I have to say about it.

PA SOS had already issued that guidance, Trump team was unhappy because it was non-binding. Alito was the one to issue it because he oversees the 3rd Circuit. I believe it is an enforcement order, not a court order. This adds force of law to the SOS guidance, which is nuanced, but important (it is a state official originating the order).

Supposedly they had requested the different counties that were counting the votes to keep separate the ballots that came in late in a different pile. But when Trump officials requested updated assurances that this was being done, several of the counties didnt get back to them on this. Anyway, Alito responds to this kind of thing in that district. But this is by no means over. They want the entire Supreme Court to hear this. But the count goes on. And no one know the precise number of ballots we're talking about. It's lame.

I just saw Meadows tested positive for COVID-19. His death or incapacitation might well be advantageous for the nation. Dana Bash has reported that he was one of a few key advisors whispering false hope in Trump's ear. If he dies or can't continue in that capacity, the country may be well served. The more voices forcing reality on Trump the better.
