Actually, the results might have been more favourable for Biden as attempts to interfere with mail-in voting would affect both sides more equally. Trump knew what he was doing.

"Poll watchers" are certified individuals and none have testified being denied any of their allowed access.

"Observers" are random members of the public and there's sensible reasons not to allow a loud crowd of "observers" into the heart of the electoral process to mill around. View blocking is to protect the identities of poll workers who don't want to get dragged into some internet cesspit to be doxxed.

I think the same thing happened in Wisconsin. The number of votes for the Libertarian candidate was significantly larger than Joe Biden's margin of victory.
