"Demands Arise." Something I have noticed: Manipulative language often relies on passive construction. Someone can write the headline without saying who is making the demands. I could click on the link to find out, but I'm too fried from the past 24 hours of tension to cope with Breitbart.
Trump accuses Dems of stealing PA which means - Trump did his damndest to steal PA. Trying to track my ballot, I initially got a "not registered" result from the county search thingy. Using a slightly different format on another website, I got "ballot received and counted." That involved finding out my Voter ID. In all I probably ended up using at least 4 different websites. How hard can it be to hack a government website? If the "not registered" result had prevailed as my vote was tabulated, could it have been thrown out? County election security is *probably* good enough, but I don't have the technical ability to judge that. Throwing a wrench into the works doesn't have to be foolproof, it just has to sow confusion.
I really wondered if things would be more secure using paper ballots universally. No touchscreens, punch holes or hanging chads. Good things I checked instructions; my first instinct was to use a No. 2 pencil (a problem because most of my pencils are mechanical). Nope, use blue or black ink.
I'm good with stopping the count as soon as Biden gets to 270.
