Biden is still over 52 percent which Clinton never achieved and there's no real third party/protest vote factor impacting him. What’s chilling about that is the possibility that an argument might be made that anyone voting early might have their vote challenged. The “logic” might be they’re disenfranchised since they cannot modify their vote to reflect their actual choice on Election Day.
