I know how badly people in my circles want Trump out. I don't see that kind of enthusiasm to keep Trump in.
I do hope the early turnout means something good.
I think the amount of early voting is being overplayed a bit. People are voting earlier but I doubt if the overall turnout will increase as much.
Biden will poll just fine in PA. But the Trump campaign is pulling out just about every dirty legal trick they can to make certain mail-in ballots are not counted. They've lost a number of them but also won a few.
Two days ago, Trump lost the attempt to reject ballots based on signature comparisons.
Five days ago, Trump lost an attempt to limit the time allowed to count mail-in ballots (counting starts on election day morning). (the Supreme Court was tied on this, letting previous ruling stand.). Trump is trying to get another ruling on this.
Six days ago, Trump lost the attempt to reject ballots received after the election (but postmarked prior to the elections).
In September, Trump won the case that allowed the rejection of 'naked ballots', i.e. mail-in votes that did not use the security envelope.
Enough of these tricks work and Trump can win PA, even if he lost by twice as much as he won in 2016.
And there'll be a new Republican Justice prior to the election.
