Bill Barr and his October Surprise

Forgive me for presuming you were sufficiently informed about the subject being discussed. I mentioned "10% to the big guy" in the post you are replying to. Google that term and inform yourself on what it means and how it relates to Joe Biden and Tony Bobulinski.

I'm not interested in doing your work for you. If you are unable to explain why you think these sex/drug videos are providing any new information without telling me to google some terms til I find a Qanon website, just say so.

Wow, that's a blast from the past. How many pages back, 6? Or 16.5?

Anyway, the fact that the entire international community was complaining at the time that Shokin wasn't, coupled with his explicit stated refusal to do so. Thanks for playing.

I didn't see any cite when I searched the thread using Shokin. I'm particularly interested in the "his explicit stated refusal to do so" part and where it comes from. I'm aware that people say nothing was happening.

The store is a few miles away from his father's house, and right up the street from the foundation. The "zillion miles" is just nonsense.

Hunter doesn't work for or at the foundation. Hunter is a wealthy guy who was living in CA at the time. Why would a wealthy guy fly across the country to drop of a laptop at an unauthorized five and dime shop run by a self admitted blind guy? If it's an important repair, you get it done where you live and can easily pop in to pick up the finished product. You also go to a competent authorized repair shop. The zillion miles is valid because you don't fly across the country to drop it off close to your dad's house.

You have the repair guy as a willing part of some Russian conspiracy?

What, you think Giuliani or one of his known Russian disinformation guys is forcing the repair guy to participate?

If you go fishing back the 16.5 pages where this stuff was discussed, you'll find sources referenced. Try there.

No, there are claims with no sources. I know they exist, although they contradict reality.

"The PGO clarifies that the court satisfied the petition on February 2, 2016."

This is just right before Biden has him fired. Also

http://www.europeanukraine.org/home/2016/02/gpo-seizes-property-of-ex-minister-zlochevsky/

"The PGO reminded that on 25 December 2015, i.e. when the court passed on the decision on removal of arrest of Zlochevsky’s property, the prosecution authorities conducted a preliminary investigation and did not implement procedural guidance in the criminal proceedings due to the fact that the criminal proceedings were transferred to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
In connection with the passing of the law of Ukraine «On amendments to the criminal procedure code of Ukraine regarding criminal proceedings which are investigated by investigators of bodies of Prosecutor’s office» 27 January 2016 the criminal proceedings were returned for further pre-trial investigation and procedural guidance to the General Prosecutor of Ukraine."
So action by Shokin stopped while it was turned over to NABU for a short period. That's about the extent of "not investigating," by all other accounts there was movement in the investigation and charges, going so far as to confiscate Zlochevsky’s property.

I know you and everyone here will say, but, but, but, people said he wasn't doing anything, yet I just showed you he was.

Then what happened, Zlochevsky returned to Ukraine in February 2018 after investigations into his Burisma Holdings had been completed in December 2017 with no charges filed against him.

So they fired the guy who confiscated his property shortly before Biden got him fired and put in a guy who closed the investigation with no charges.

Why would Hunter Biden, who lives in California, bring multiple laptops full of compromising content all the way to the other side of the country to his father's house just to drop them in at a repair shop nearby? Apple headquarters is on the west coast of the USA. It would have been faster to send them there for the best service in the world.

But that would not have been handy to this weird and wonky tale, would it. ;)

You have the repair guy as a willing part of completely some Russian bat-**** crazy Rudi conspiracy?
FTFU.

At this stage, entire thread belongs to conspiracy subforum section.

Indeed. No reputable news agency has so much as touched it, and after it's Right Wing Blog Masters stopped ordering them to cover it, even FoxNews is burying it further and further down the masthead each day.

How do you know the highlighted part?

https://www.kyivpost.com/article/co...inister-zlochevsky-in-ukraine-pgo-407348.html

From Feb 4, 2016

Check your dates, Shokin didn't do squat in 2018, I even quoted the relevant date which is mentioned in both articles, "The PGO clarifies that the court satisfied the petition on February 2, 2016."

Now that we got that out of the way, it's clear there was an investigation given the contemporary article cited.

So the investigation was ongoing, not before Hunter Joined the board as you incorrectly stated.

Also, Shokin was appointed Prosecutor General of Ukraine on 10 February 2015. So basically your telling me Biden was asking for his removal for not investigating Burisma, even though he was, and he was doing it in 2015 while Shokin couldn't do anything regarding the Burisma investigation because criminal proceedings were transferred to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.

"The PGO reminded that on 25 December 2015, i.e. when the court passed on the decision on removal of arrest of Zlochevsky’s property, the prosecution authorities conducted a preliminary investigation and did not implement procedural guidance in the criminal proceedings due to the fact that the criminal proceedings were transferred to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine."

That lasted till

"In connection with the passing of the law of Ukraine «On amendments to the criminal procedure code of Ukraine regarding criminal proceedings which are investigated by investigators of bodies of Prosecutor’s office» 27 January 2016 the criminal proceedings were returned for further pre-trial investigation"

That's been an integral part of the claim, that Hunter dropped these laptops off.

What a bizarre question.

You clearly aren't discussing this honestly. You said he wouldn't have went all that way JUST to drop off his laptop. And that's clearly what I was asking about given I highlighted it. Now I'm asking why you would characterize it like that given his father lives about 15 miles away, his brother's foundation is up the street, and he was born there and lived there most of his life, and some of the businesses are registered there?

What's bizarre is your attempt to characterize it as if Hunter Biden would never be in Delaware, and your straw man that he wouldn't have went all that way JUST.........

You seem to think that 15 miles away from his father's house and 2500 miles away from his own house isn't out of the way to go to find a blind unauthorized repair guy. To me that is an insanely long way to go when Hunter had authorized repair shops that aren't run by people who are too blind to do the job much much closer

Why argue about it? It's turned out to be a non-event. If the story was going to get traction, it would have by now.

In accompaniment to this sentiment, the deadliest of earworms should be imposed or invoked. That being this phrase in a Disney song; "Let it go, let it go."

It's dangerous to mental health to so obsessively fret over CTs. There's enough reality to occupy a mind.

You assume he didn't have a problem with his laptop when he was already in Delaware. What makes you think the repair guy is too blind to do the job?

Is there an emoji that indicates gaping yawn?

I'm not generally a fan of posters expressing their boredom. Why don't you find something to discuss that interests you? But it is "my" thread so wtf.

There are many reasons to dismiss this crap. At least 16, maybe 17.
