Even if the photos exist, it could depend on the context. I remember years ago several newspapers and magazines were throwing a fit because major bookstores like Barnes & Noble were stocking books in their Art & Photography section by some photographer who photographed naturist families, including their children. That was ruled to not be pornography.
Yes, I realize that if the photos exist, they're unlikely to be art photos. But the "if" is the important part first. One of my college professors used to say "If my aunt had wheels, she'd be a teacart."

When I was 14 I posed for a boyfriend who was taking an art class. The photos weren't erotic. This is a useless anecdote, except that I can attest that it does happen.

There were no laptops in those days, but if there had been, I don't think he would have titled them "my 14-year-old girlfriend nude."

I wonder how many computer-killing liquid spills involve precious bodily fluids ... I know, ew.

Jake Tapper and Christiana Amanpour claimed on air there was no evidence of wrongdoing by Hunter Biden and mentioned Steve Bannon by name.

Bannon offered an invitation for the two of them to come down the street to the "Warm Room" and he would show them what he has. He even offered to take the hard drive contents to CNN so they could have a look.

No doubt they are arranging the meeting now. <––––sarcasm
