I haven't seen anyone in a position to know describe the pictures as actually pornographic. Do you have a source for that, or is that just someone's assumption?
 
Although I think it's a bit weird to think out of everything he's said about the matter that Giuliani would be lying about that, but he has described him as having numerous sexually inappropriate pictures of underage girls.

There's a lot which is inappropriate but not actually pornographic. For example, I would describe a 50 year old man french kissing a 14 year old girl as sexually inappropriate, but not pornographic. I don't really want to know the details of these photos, but which side of the line they fall on depends on those details.

Well he turned it over to the police for it so that's generally described as child pornography. Whether or not certain types of child pornography are or are not actually pornographic is more thought that I'm comfortable giving the topic of child pornography.

Not necessarily. There's a possible child endangerment angle that the police would have reason to investigate even absent pornography.

You assume that the FBI would raid Biden's house and arrest him at some point over the past 10 months it if it were illegal. The FBI has more to do in such an investigation. You have no clue what is in the 25,000 emails, neither do I. Therefore, I'm not putting a time limit on it. If there were crimes, it wouldn't just be Biden the FBI was investigating, and there isn't a clock ticking regardless of them receiving the laptop 10 months ago.

There was a clock ticking, but then we all voted. Now the investigation is moot because the one Biden will have the power to pardon the rest and presidential immunity. Have your learned nothing from how Trump collared Barr and the DOJ?

If you ignore that the FBI has had all this information for months and hasn't been able to draw the same conclusions you have from just the bits leaked by Rudy, then it all makes total sense.

People who rely on Rudy sort of deserve to be punked by Rudy. Sorry, that may be cruel but I feel it bears mentioning at this point.

Next year I expect a two hour special on the History channel that will somehow further link this to Nazi gold.
