But if they take to the hills, so to speak, and employ guerrilla warfare tactics, they could still be a huge pain in the ass. Think of the resistance fighters in Europe against the Nazis. And some of these “militia” members are ex-military and ex-police, and so not without some tactical training.

It would be a hopeless struggle long term, but could cause a lot of short term damage. Think about what two guys working alone managed in Oklahoma City, for example.

One hopes that the terrorist group being broken up in Michigan will give some of their fellow travelers a moment of pause. The material support to an act of terrorism carries a 20 year sentence. That's not even figuring the conspiracy and firearms charges. I expect a few of these Gravy SEALS are having some second thoughts.

People don’t remember the chaos, hatred & discord that we all went through during the 8 years of Obama/Biden. St. Louis, Oakland, Baltimore, and so many other places, were a complete & total disaster. I wouldn’t be in the beautiful White House if it weren’t for Sleepy Joe, etc.
 
Speaking of court packing, a three judge appeals court, all installed by Trump, just issued a stay of Abbott's, (TX governor), order to remove all the ballot drop boxes leaving one per county. Abbott's order had been overturned by the lower court.


So much for not changing the rules this close to the election. GOP judges have used that excuse before.

I recently learned the GOP packed the supreme courts in Georgia and Arizona.

I don't know why Biden's team has determined it's smart to be coy about his position. Instead he could say that if Barrett is confirmed before January 20th, then nothing is off the table.

He did something similar with an early ad seeming to show various governors seeming to praise his work. It was not appreciated. The clips were verrrrry truncated.

The Cambridge Analytica folks would be proud. They might even be running the planning in whatever their new company version is.

Now this is the threat we should be paying attention to. Not all that BS about Trump refusing to leave and how all the GOP governors are going to call their states for Trump claiming they need to because of voter fraud.

The latter is a consciously inserted distraction, to which Trump is likely playing a bit part.

They're desperately trying to trick him into a "deplorables" milkable out-of-context statement. They can't run an ad of him saying it unless he says it. If he says it, none of the conditionals and qualifications which make it a reasonable thing to say will make it into the ads of him saying it.
 
I take his refusal to answer as a sign that he's actually on the side they say he's on; he's in favor of either stacking or at least some other serious Supreme Court reform in response to what the Shenanicans have done to it and are now trying to do to it again. When he's not on the left's side about something, he never hides that, so being evasive is a deviation from his usual routine of being openly against the left.
