This is funny. One thing is boasting about being silly enough to not actually prepare for an important debate (actually, I don't believe him on that, even he did probably at least get updated on the whole situation), but to claim it is cheating is so unbelievably ridiculous.

So true. He's gone to church a whopping 14 times since taking office. And that includes photo-opps. In contrast Trump has went golfing or to a golf course 293 times.

Well, OK. But, as Captain Swoop says: How can you tell?
This is even scarier: Somebody makes up some totally insane statement and attributes it to Trump, and someone who does not follow him closely essentially has to dredge through his tweets to find out it it's genuine. Because there is no logical way to deduce it.
This is how bad it is. This is the president of the United States of America.

And the corrected ballots will be sent out within 72 hours according to NPR piece I heard this morning.
I'm looking forward to getting my ballot. Colorado generally lets anybody on the ballot. Last election I think there was something like 20 candidates for president. It's fun trying to pick which ones are the Nazis, which ones are part of a UFO cult, which ones are just your run-of-the-mill crazy, etc.

You know, everyone keeps saying the GOP will do everything they can to sabotage the election results after the fact, but are we really sure of that? Isn't there a possibility the GOP might cut their losses and run if Trump loses, especially if he loses bigly enough, since the more interference they run, the worse they'll look in the long run? Someone on this forum theorized that the real reason Trump is cutting millions of advertising is that he needs money for lawyer feeds after the election is over.
I know it feels like wishful thinking, but I am starting to see a wavering in support I haven't seen much of before in the Trump supporters and the people around Trump.
The problem with wishful thinking isn't that it's wishful thinking, it's that it hopes for outcomes that can't be determined until after it's too late to do anything about it if they don't come true.
Or look at it this way. The problem with Russian Roulette isn't the 1 in 6 chance. It's the fact that only way to determine the outcome is to pull the trigger. Russian Roulette where you could just open the chamber and check wouldn't be Russian Roulette.
Yeah it is more than possible that the GOP won't dig in their heels for Trump as much as they are acting like they are going to do. The only problem is we are only going to find out after it's too late to do anything about if they are.
So just assume they are going to. There's no risk of making the election too fair and too transparent that we have to worry about over-correcting to.
