One rumor is Moscow Mitch is behind the killing of the stimulus package.
If so,then Mitch must be on drugs himself, since this will badly hurt the GOP chances of keeping the senate.

Its possible that Moscow Mitch expects the republicans to lose the senate (as well as the white house) regardless of what they do about Covid19 funding, based on current opinion polls. As such, he may be planning on causing as much damage as possible to give Biden and a Democratic senate as big a hole as possible to climb out of, to make them look bad in future elections.

AIUI yes. In the event of the GOP losing the Presidency and/or the Senate, Mitch McConnell and President Trump have more than two months to do whatever they can. They can confirm SCOTUS members, push through legislation, veto other legislation and son on.

The new Congress will be in office on Jan 3rd, 2021.

If Kelly wins the special election in Arizona, he normally will be sworn in on Nov 30th, 2020, reducing the GOP majority to 52-48.

Maybe. As it stands, there are a couple things to consider. First, what would be needed to pass such a bill in the Senate? By the reports, the Republicans are very divided on the topic, so any chance of success would require working with the Democrats - which is deeply problematic itself given their politics. There are two main ways that they've tried to overcome that. First, there's President Trump with his minion Mnuchin. That's a somewhat famously unreliable tactic, of course. Second, there's the route of giving businesses wildly bigger benefits at the same time - such as McConnell's insistence on including effectively complete immunity to businesses for any and all liability related to COVID as just one of the demands attached to anything that he would work with the Democrats to get passed. Obviously, that's a huge trap that also serves his goals rather well either way.

Second, it might be worth considering that McConnell's fairly certainly not just looking at the election that's about to happen and he already expects Trump to lose while taking multiple Senators with him. If he gets the nominated judge onto the Supreme Court, for example, and Democrats expand the size of the Supreme Court in response, he fairly certainly expects to be able to flip the situation around again and break things even harder and faster than he's been doing, shielded again by a thin facade of "The Democrats did it first, so it's all their fault." To poke a different aspect, even if the Democrats do manage to get aid where it needs to go, the Republicans will have an easy time just building on the current narrative of Democrats wanting to bail out those rich blue states and suddenly expressing "reasonable" concerns about the budget that they've conveniently been forgetting to express while Trump's in office, among other things.
