If it were a regular campaign, with just a middle of the road dem and republican, surviving the virus would get you a point or two. Here, with all decided by now, no difference.

Remind me how early voting works. Are those votes not counted until November 3rd, or can they act as an early indicator of how a state will vote?

Depends on the state. In a few states they can't literally so much as open the envelope until the polls open on the 3rd.
