If he recovers relatively quickly, I sincerely doubt he'll quarantine for 14 days total.

Trump's doctor, Dr Sean Conley, says the president has been treated with dexamethasone after "a few episodes of transient drops in oxygen saturation". He received his first dose yesterday.
He said that although Trump was doing well on Thursday night, on Friday morning his oxygen was dipping below 94% and he had a high fever.
His oxygen then recovered and dipped again, and while he was "up and out of bed" later on Friday, they took the decision to move him to Walter Reed.
Dr Conley adds that Trump's oxygen dropped below 93% yesterday, and he felt short of breath. He was treated with dexamethasone after this.
His current blood oxygen level is now 98% and there is "no major clinical concern", he adds
Trump could be discharged to the White House as early as tomorrow, where he can continue his course of treatment.
He adds that the president is "doing really well", before ending the press conference.

Now that you say so, I wouldn't put it past him to go right back to campaigning even though he just tested positive, thus setting a horrible example for everyone else in his cult who test positive, and thus indirectly get even more people killed.
Oh, and they'll be laughing about "triggered libs" while they do so, disregarding that it's their own people they're killing.

But it is odd that only the systolic number was reported, for a person just reported on CNN to have mild heart disease, both numbers are relevant.
Both numbers are risk factors for heart disease.

Miller is correct. Sometimes, Biden wears the mask as a prop. He wears it sometimes in circumstances where there is no real risk.
As well he should. Part of leadership is setting a public example.

However, I would much prefer that he suffer greatly but survive in a debilitated condition, then lose the election, get arrested, tried and convicted of numerous crimes, and spend the rest of his worthless life in a dark and dank 8x12 prison cell. Oh, and go entirely bankrupt as well.
But if he does die of this, don't expect me to send flowers.

That is precisely the point. If Trump had started wearing masks in March, it would not have been politically divisive, and maybe 100,000+ lives could have been saved. Trump could even have called them "Freedom Shields" and sold them on his web site.

These people are reasonably intelligent. I refuse to believe that they don't know that what they are doing is making it worse. I suspect the doctors are on orders from Trump as to what to say or not say. Meadows and the communications team must understand that these press conferences are making it worse.

At least the trumpkins have learned their lessons now. Would've reflected really badly on them if they'd shown up outside Walter Reed with next to none of them wearing masks, and with no social distancing.
