Trump and Melania test positive test positive for Covid 19

Dr. David Samadi, MD tweeted
@drdavidsamadi
Always remember the survival rates of this virus per the CDC.
0-19: 99.997%
20-49: 99.98%
50-69: 99.5%
70 & over: 94.6%
I would put POTUS in the 20-49 category due to his strength and stamina.

Wikipedia tells me that in November last year Dr David Samadi "agreed to pay $12.3 million to settle a Medicare fraud lawsuit brought because Samadi performed multiple surgeries at the same time, leaving patients unsupervised by a urologist when he left one operating room for another; billing for unnecessary procedures; and inadequately supervised residents."

Seen from abroad:

Donald Trump's presidential campaign has collapsed with the president hospitalized and central advisers quarantined. Doctors at Walter Reed assure us that the president is well. At the same time, information is being spread that indicates the exact opposite.
Trump's campaign has collapsed

Can you tell us more about it?

It's a paywall..

I've come to realize that the con goes both ways. Trump isn't just using his supporters. They are using him. Most of them want fascism.

But like other cults, religious or political, the supporters don't always know what's going on. And unlike the gurus, they don't usually benefit from it.

After examining all the evidence and considering all options, the only logical explanation is They're all out to get him!

Before Trump got it, he said Coronavirus was the "China Virus" and "like the flu."

Now it's "this plague."

I don't want to get into an off topic discussion about the NFL, but the contrast between the NFL's handing of their COVID cases this week and the White House's are worth noting. They clearly show the difference between the level of planning, organization, and agile responsiveness possible for the executive branch of a powerful sovereign government, versus the ineffectual chaos experienced among a confederation of rival clubs of big muscly guys getting together to play ball games.

Accordingly, the NFL has found itself bogged down with unclear policies not adhered to, haphazard responses to events they seemed to prefer to hope never happened rather than plan for, delayed and conflicting public statements, and general confusion. Meanwhile the White House was able to rely on regular and robust scheduled testing, established clear step by step procedures well planned in advance to put into effect when confirmed positive tests did occur, and has been keeping the public informed. The contingency plans were designed to maximize personnel safety by minimizing preventable exposure, while also, to the extent possible as a secondary goal, keeping the organization in operation. They even had all their personnel carrying dedicated tracking devices to facilitate immediate contact tracing the moment the need arose.

Okay, just kidding. It was the White House that did the first thing and the NFL that did the second, not the other way around. But even so, the contrast is notable.

If I was just lying around mildly sick in bed with nothing to do and I liked to tweet I'd probably be tweeting right now.

No kidding. If he saw Chris Wallace on Fox talking about Dr. Atlas and masks, he'd be blowing up Twitter trying to gouge out one of Wallace's eyes and **** start the brain hole.

If he isn't on Twitter tomorrow after the Sunday shows are all over, we'll know he's on death's door.

Just had another great call with @POTUS. He sounds well and says he’s feeling good. We talked about the people’s business — fighting the pandemic, confirming Judge Barrett, and strengthening the economy for American families. Let’s keep our President & First Lady in our prayers.

There is a silver lining. When Trump is out of this, he’ll be immune from Covid-19 and stronger than ever. My suggested motto for him going forward: “No more Mister Nice Guy”

Just think. When this is over, Trump will be in good health and back to his great, consequential life, but his gloating critics will still be the smarmy, soulless creatures their Schadenfreude has exposed them to be

There's nothing like McConnell saying a thing to make you believe the opposite.
