Bernie Sanders resuming in-person campaigning to back Biden, safely of course.

Bernie Sanders is returning to in-person campaigning for the first time since the start of the coronavirus pandemic in March, heading to the battleground states of New Hampshire and Michigan to promote Joe Biden and sooth any lingering tensions between the Democratic Party’s progressive and centrist wings.

Spokesman Mike Casca says the Vermont senator will hold a socially distanced, outdoor rally Saturday in Lebanon, New Hampshire which will be capped to keep crowds from growing too large. On Monday, Sanders will host a drive-in rally in Macomb County, Michigan — a Detroit suburb that voted Republican in 2016 and was instrumental in clinching the White House for President Donald Trump.

Kamala Harris is a terror. I'm betting she'll do well. Out of curiosity, have you seen Katie Porter and her whiteboard? She is one my new favorite Congress persons.

And yet all she does is ask the questions we should all be asking: "Why did you triple the price of this cancer drug? Has it gotten three times better? Why are you paid $13 million a year? What do you do for it?' Etc.

The Whiteboard is such a smart gimmick. Having the numbers up allows the words to linger. It is crazily impactful.

Don't underestimate Pence, I sure hope Harris doesn't.

Fully agree on Katie Porter.

Biden campaign pulling down negative ads attacking Trump for now.
Say what you will, Biden's campaign looks very professional.

The Biden campaign is in the process of pulling down negative ads attacking the president for a yet-to-be determined time, a decision that came Friday afternoon in consultation with the former vice president and top advisers. It may take a little time to pull all of the ads down, however.

(Trump campaign already announced that they will continue their negative ads. Now pushing ads on Facebook about Biden's "earpiece". https://edition.cnn.com/2020/10/02/politics/fact-check-trump-facebook-biden-earpiece/index.html)

Guy's nickname is Mike Dense, and he basically got through his debate with Kaine by denying whatever facts Kaine tossed out, and has spent the past four years basically mimicing Dolt 45. He's basically a very boring Race Bannon lookalike.

Harris is a career prosecutor, *and* a decently charismatic person. She's basically the exact person to turn this into a bloodbath.

Porter was pretty good, though, I'll co-sign that.

(bolding mine)

Let's hope that happens (well, not literally of course :D).

I hope the Biden/Harris campaign will insist for a safe setting, where all the Trump/Pence folks are really tested negative, and wear masks in location. And with enough distance between Harris and Pence.
