To poke at a couple things in the aftermath of the first Presidential Debate...

Trump doesn’t accept the consensus that the debate was a disaster because, sources said, he was unabashedly himself. “The thing about the debate is people got to see why no one that has any integrity can work for Trump. This is what Trump is like in the Oval Office every day. It’s why [John] Kelly left. It’s why [Jim] Mattis quit,” said the prominent Republican. “Trump doesn’t let anyone else speak. He really doesn’t care what you have to say. He demeans people. He talks over them. And everyone around him thinks it’s getting worse.”

Were these more normal times, that alone would be horrific. With Trump, it's pretty much par for the course.

Parscale’s public meltdown happened while he is reportedly under investigation for stealing from the Trump campaign and the RNC. According to the source close to the campaign, the Trump family is worried that Parscale could turn on them and cooperate with law enforcement about possible campaign finance violations. “The family is worried Brad will start talking,” the source said.

Unconfirmed - and with the way things are, campaign finance violations are not so likely to be punished, but it would be interesting to see happen.

Maybe we should have a separate thread for Brad Parscale. But rumors he was stealing money raise questions. His association with trump was notoriously lucrative. As Business Insider reported:
The filings show that between January 2017 and the end of March, Parscale's companies brought in $38.9 million from those [reelection] committees. He's been able to buy a Ferarri, a Range Rover, a $400,000 boat, two million dollar condos and a $2.4 million waterfront house in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., according to HuffPost. Business Insider link

On top of this, Parscale was stealing?

Why was Parscale demoted in July? Because trump sensed his reelection was in trouble? Did they blame Parscale? Did trump humiliate him in meetings?

Parscale was reported to have ten firearms in his home. To have physically abused his wife, begun drinking heavily and threatening to 'harm himself.'

Strange man, even stranger story. Working for donald trump: not a good career move.
 
Pascale hyped the Tulsa debacle, and Trump must have hated the empty hall.

It was a costly embarrassment for the campaign.
 
Dems should prepare an Impeachment in case there is evidence for voting fraud by the Trump campaign, and signal that to their GOP counterparts.
Trump losing would be a blow to the GOP.
Republicans aiding and abetting the attempted stealing of an election would destroy every incumbent Republican.

I think that that's wishful thinking that would likely be shown to be false when put to the test, unfortunately, given the trend so far. That's before getting to the part where there's lip service to fair elections at the same time as they work to sabotage electoral integrity under extremely thin pretexts, regardless.

I fear you are right.

I suspect if there were some undeniable, clearly-documented evidence of Republican-led voter fraud, then the responses would be.

- QAnon predicted this type of false flag operation.

- The Dems did five times as much but they didn’t get caught because they are so practiced at it.

- Yeah, yeah whatever. I don’t have time for that story because President Trump is in the National Archives Building demanding that the Consititution be removed from the case so he can sign it.

-Don't you get it? We are fighting for the Soul of America!

- Isolated incident(s).

- I don’t believe it because the Democrats have made over 10,000 false or misleading statements since President Trump took office.

- But those numbers wouldn’t have changed the outcome in that state.
