Finland does make you smarter, but it doesn't make you thinner. I could prove that with pics, if I was mean.

Well, if I'm understanding correctly, you're asking what answers our hypothetical expat Illuminatus might give to the four questions, other than the correct answers you've already listed, so as to conceal the existence of (or the Illuminatus's past involvement in) mind control.

You're seeking, in other words, answers that serve to put the questioner into a state of mind that the Illuminatus would prefer they be in, rather than giving truthful answers and letting them think what they will about them.

In other, other, words, you're asking how the Illuminatus might engage in mind control.

If in fact you are the Illuminatus in question, you're asking for advice on how to engage in mind control.

Is that really what you intend?
 
I feel like this is an oddly trivial question. Why would anyone explain their moving abroad? Retiring, or change of scene, or whatever. Why would secretly being a member of a world controlling cabal pose a problem? Seems like it would make establishing alibi and backstories easier.

Eta: I feel like there's a 'What the Fox say?' bouncing around in here somewhere too

Well... they told me so... They said, that they would know about the existence of mind control since their childhood. They said, they would be the prisoners with that. They would be prisoned by their knowledge of that.
 
Well, I believe that I learned about mind control way in my adulthood from books I read ... from the mild forms described by Chomsky et al to the extreme forms described by Springmeier et al, may the latter be exercised in practice or not. And I know other people who believe they came to this knowledge the same way.

You can't ask for real answers to a fanciful hypothetical question. As there is no evidence for mind control there is no way to find answers for something that doesn't exist. For example

If Superman is indestructible how can he shave if blades can't cut his super hair? (There is no evidence for Superman)

If a flying teapot is really god, how does this god interact with people on earth. (There is no evidence for a flying teapot god)

Superman uses his eye beams and a mirror to shave. Though the comic book writers maybe overestimate the strength of a typical bathroom mirror to withstand hair-burning energies.
