Trump's not racist. No, not at all.....

I am happy to inform all of the people living their Suburban Lifestyle Dream that you will no longer be bothered or financially hurt by having low income housing built in your neighborhood...

..Your housing prices will go up based on the market, and crime will go down. I have rescinded the Obama-Biden AFFH Rule. Enjoy!

Translated from Trumpspeak: White people in the suburbs won't have those pesky, poor, criminal colored people living near them committing crime and lowering your house values.

Yeah we're always at some version of

- Yeah but everybody not in the room likes me
- Yeah everybody likes me, they just can't admit it because of PC thought police cancel culture with sprinkles
- All the "real" Americans like me...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but do Kodak actually make pharmaceuticals now?

Quick check online: No, they don't. They "plan to branch out" into "making ingredients". Which means it will probably take years before they deliver anything.

Oh, and here's the kicker: The anti-COVID drug they will be making is...hydroxychloroquine.

What did I tell ya. I didn't even need to read about it either. Trump's gushing and previous history was enough.

See above post.

$765 million "loan" to make said ingredients. Oh and the stock went up a bit. I imagine there are more than a few insider trades that went with that.

It went up more than "a bit". It went up 200%.

Andrew P. Napolitano: “Feds may not deploy police or military domestically unless the state governor requests it.” @judgenap #washtimesoped

How totalitarianism begins in the U.S.
The feds' activities are unconstitutional because they are using government force to arrest people without probable cause or arrest warrants. There is no legal basis for these

Does he actually realise this tweet completely undermines the very reasons he has been bleating on about for Barr sending in the Trumpstapo??

It's not like he's known for his consistency.

Or his reading skills.

On the very, very few occasions that I have had to go somewhere for a meeting or presentation important enough to warrant traveling via private jet, I was always busy on that flight preparing for what we were going to do when we got there. Having time to watch TV during a weekday mid-day flight on Air Force One is just astounding. Tweeting about it is beyond belief. What kind of tone does this set for his staff, I wonder. The boss just chilling, tweeting about watching TV mid-morning on a Wednesday.

Well, he does get a lot of work done on the golf course.

Maybe he's got a putting green set up on Air Force One.

I'm going to take this to heart. Turn over a new leaf. Be a better person. Embrace my better angel. Glass half full. A new day with a fresh, new outlook!
Louis Gohmert has been diagnosed with covid.

Day one: not going so well

During Barr's appearance before the House Judiciary Committee, Gohmert said that the protests were spreading the coronavirus and perhaps Barr should shut them down. This coming from the idiot who doesn't think wearing masks is necessary and has now possibly infected a lot of people.

There are a lot of idiots in Congress, but Louis Gohmert is top tier stupid.

It isn't perjury if one of the President's supporters does it.

(Unless they aren't doing it to support the President, of course.)
If Trump or one of his trumpkins do it, it's a 'perjury trap' deviously set up by the Deep State to sabotage the Best Presidency Ever, and mean and not fair.

What is truly scary, though, is that Gohmert keeps getting re-elected since 2005. The people in his district must be a special kind of stupid.

I have relatives that live in that district; you'd be correct about that. Own the libs, hur-hur. And by libs they mean anyone to the left of . . . them.

At his comments-by-the-helicopter thing this morning, Trump said that the Portland mayor was in grave danger of being killed by the protesters last weekend, and might have died if the mayor didn't have five bodyguards.

I know that there are many dumb tweets and things every day, but this kind of hyperbole can still shock me. Also, apparently the feds are leaving Portland. [startribune.com]
