Assumes that Canada has drugs they are willing to sell to the USA. Seems to be poor policy to rely on another country for crucial drugs.
Worth mentioning, for example, that when Trump started hawking hydroxychloroquine, Canada rush ordered a stockpile for our autoimmune patients so they wouldn't run out due to American dysfunction.
