Having seen the questionnaire, someone correct me if I'm wrong but that definitely appears to be the sort of test you would give an elderly person whom you were determining the level and/or decline in their senile dementia.
My wife does ten a day, and I do one every week for each of my (post stroke) parents.
It's used on elderly for dementia, but really it's designed for any age, to examine brain function (to evaluate progress with recovery from concussion, stroke, brain surgery, carotid artery surgery &c).
Perfect scores represent no cognitive impact..
As I said the last time this came up, "The doctors were amazed that the President of the US did not have any cognitive impairment" is not quite something to brag about.
But if there is an investigation you can't complain that there should be an investigation.
