Er, you omitted to mention Jimmy Savile managed to reach the age of 84, two days shy of his 85th birthday without once ever having his collar felt for the child abuse (of really young children) with an estimate of 484 victims. At least.
Has it ever occurred to you his 'charitable good works' gave him free access to children's hospital wards?
The latter was more to do with the utter spinelessness of certain NHS managers, as well as public attitudes.
My sister trained as a nurse at Leeds General Infirmary (LGI) in the late '70s/early '80s, then worked there for several years.
Many attempts were made by nursing staff to have Savile barred from wards, as he obstructed clinical work, was very handsy with junior staff and generally a pain, My sister DID throw him off one time, but was hauled over the coals by management, who liked the "publicity" of having Savile around.
Many instances of sexual harassment of female staff were reported, but dismissed by management.
Many patients liked having him visit wards, as he was a well-known figure.
If challenged, he would make threats of violence, point out that he knew violent people, point out that he socialised with many senior police officers and lawyers (I know from several Leeds police officers of that era that they were pretty much told to leave alone).
His behaviour in other public places was often challenged or reported by staff (my wife did so at a major hotel near Newcastle), but again craven managers would do nothing, fearing threats or bad publicity.
A couple of mates worked at Broadmoor during Savile's "reign" there tell similar stories off ward staff wanting shot of him, but being shut up by management...
A lot of folk wanted him nowhere near hospitals, patients and all the rest, but were over-ruled for the sake of publicity and public opinion and the rest.
We don't need any massive conspiracy, Satanic or otherwise.
As for Chucky Windsor: the man is a fool, lacking intelligence, judgement, sense, whose word should not be taken seriously on anything.
