That some of the right-wing judges will deliberately wait until a democrat is in the white house again, then deliberately retire. That even though they agree on certain rulings, they see the appointment of gorsuch and drunky mcrapeface as unfairly politicizing the court, and want things to be properly balanced. I.e "I don't agree with liberal interpretations of the law, but I agree even less with the courts becoming seen as a right-wing echo chamber".

I just recall Justice Roberts response to trump when he talked about "Obama/trump judges". Roberts tried to make the judiciary sound apolitical with his "no Obama judges... Only judges" comment... But it was pretty hollow given the activities of Moscow Mitch, stubby Mcbonespurs and drunky mcrapeface.

As an American citizen -- and a veteran -- I really have a huge problem with trump reacting to these reports the way he is. It would only be common sense for the commander-in-chief to not rush to judgement. But to label it a deliberate hoax by the American news media is border-line insane. Look at the way The Hill reports the Pentagon reaction:

The Department of Defense continues to evaluate intelligence that Russian GRU operatives were engaged in malign activity against United States and coalition forces in Afghanistan. To date, DOD has no corroborating evidence to validate the recent allegations found in open-source reports,” chief Pentagon spokesman Jonathan Hoffman said in a statement. The Hill link

Even the Republicans defending trump are not calling this a hoax propagated by the news media. They want to know more and they prefer to err on the side of caution. These are American soldier's lives in the balance, after all. Instead trump seems determined to completely dismiss this as a serious issue.

Why does trump always seem so determined to defend Russia? Even at times against the United States? Look at the political cartoon below. Is it conceivable that any other U.S. president -- ANY other U.S. president -- could be shown in a cartoon like this? No, it's not.
