Not that I suspect your average poster here trusts any of the claims of Trump...

But keep in mind that under Trump, the lobster industry has been severely affected by Trump's trade wars with China and the EU. (And unlike the agricultural industries, they didn't receive the same level of subsidies/support.)

Don't know if there's anything specifically about allowing discrimination, but the ACLU may have issues.

Just because this is a bit niche...

Trump is lying, and quite dramatically at that.

Under Obama, it looks like Maine's lobster industry had explosive growth... and that 5000 miles was not even remotely particularly valuable to either fishing or lobstering. Segnosaur's covered the Trump Tariff harm to the lobstering, so I don't need to say anything there. Thanks Segnosaur!

Agreed, so I'll modify my comment:

I'd wager the EO won't mention discrimination, thus allowing encouraging it.
 
Pandemic no longer exists for the stable genius, except as a topic for racist spewage, and for mocking opponents who are adhering to CDC guidelines. In public that is. In private, Trump is protected by the very safety measures that he subverts publicly.

Never mind the initial slow response. Starting June 20 (Tulsa), the sociopathic imbecile is going to have the death of tens of thousands of people on his hands.

He was a "wartime president" for about 2 seconds. Blink and you missed it.

This may as well be a comic book where a super villain ala Lex Luthor becomes POTUS, it's so surreal.

Lex Luthor can tell a series of coherent, consistent lies with a specific purpose.
Lex Luthor can construct and execute short- and long-term plans.
Lex Luthor is a culturally-literate adult with a working knowledge of US and world history.
Lex Luthor has read the Bill of Rights. He might try to subvert some part of it, but he has read it.

Maybe a brain-damaged Lex Luthor.
