I don't know Twitter, but did he just retweet his own all-caps catch phrases?
Given he so often expresses contradictory views at different times, he is just showing that he still agrees with his prior tweets... for now.

More and more I am afraid there will be no peaceful solution to this crisis.

I just got off the phone with former American hostage Michael White, who is now in Zurich after being released from Iran. He will be on a U.S. plane shortly, and is COMING HOME...
...to the UNITED STATES! We have now brought more than 40 American hostages and detainees back home since I took office. Thank you to Iran, it shows a deal is possible!

John Kelly didn’t know I was going to fire James Mattis, nor did he have any knowledge of my asking for a letter of resignation. Why would I tell him, he was not...
...in my inner-circle, was totally exhausted by the job, and in the end just slinked away into obscurity. They all want to come back for a piece of the limelight!
The problem with asking for someone to give you a letter of resignation, which you do as a courtesy to help them save face, is that it is then harder to say you fired them. I did fire James Mattis. He was no good for Obama, who fired him also, and was no good for me!
Even though that's a lie, it's a reminder to GOP running for re-election in Nov. that his endorsement is crucial to winning: don't disagree with or criticize me.

Few people know where they’ll be in two years from now, but I do, in the Great State of Alaska (which I love) campaigning against Senator Lisa Murkowski. She voted against HealthCare, Justice Kavanaugh, and much else...
...Unrelated, I gave Alaska ANWR, major highways, and more. Get any candidate ready, good or bad, I don’t care, I’m endorsing. If you have a pulse, I’m with you!
That's an interesting choice of words.Trump Tweets

The point he made about the 2nd amendment larpers was spot on. These people fancy themselves Patriots that covet the 2nd amendment as an important tool to fight against a tyrannical Gov't but the moment the Gov't shows signs of tyranny they're silent or side with the Gov't. They make it clear they'd be the ones to sign up to suit up in riot gear and mow down protesters and not the actual protestors or dissenters. Some people may be familiar with Legal Eagle. (This is a youtube channel where an acting lawyer discusses various topics... legal realism in movies, significant legal cases, etc. Occasionally he talks about current political/legal events (such as Trump's impeachment or the sentencing of Flynn).
His latest video was regarding Trump's photo stunt at the church (and the government's actions to clear out protestors). And he really goes after Trump and his enablers. A very well thought out monologue that covers many of the points here (even the "2nd amendment people are concerned about government tyranny... why aren't they protesting now?")
Well worth watching.

I felt bad for Trudeau and his difficulty addressing how [much more] evil Trump has been acting. A head of state has a lot more reason to equivocate in this area when their largest trading partner is being run by a madman who has proven quite willing to punish those who defy him.I see the US Senate Republicans are shrugging off Mattis's comments.
The Senate Republicans are giving us a display of political cowardice unmatched in US History.
And it's a strong argument for term limits. The Founding Fathers never intended that the US Congress should be a lifetime job. Careerism in the congress is killing democracy as GP ongressman are shirking their responsiblity out of pure cowardice.
More and more I am afraid there will be no peaceful solution to this crisis. Maybe after more then 200 years we need a second revolution.
