I see blanket pardons coming for his entire family and toadies. Whether he wins or loses the election. In his words, what has he got to lose?

One bright spot: all of the state charges will continue, unabated.

Also, as “The Good Fight” recently showcased, a pardon renders any pleading of the Fifth Amendment void. But I don’t know how this would spill over into State courts when only Federal crimes are pardoned.

I just asked Captain Swoop to back up what he had said. If asking people for evidence of what they post is now being called "being a smart arse" then I apologise for being a smart arse.

Of course, he could have just posted his evidence and saved ME the trouble. But instead he's being a smart arse about it and saying things like "who can tell?" But I guess that's fine.

Breaking: Michigan sends absentee ballots to 7.7 million people ahead of Primaries and the General Election. This was done illegally and without authorization by a rogue Secretary of State. I will ask to hold up funding to Michigan if they want to go down this Voter Fraud path!.

State of Nevada “thinks” that they can send out illegal vote by mail ballots, creating a great Voter Fraud scenario for the State and the U.S. They can’t! If they do, “I think” I can hold up funds to the State. Sorry, but you must not cheat in elections.

Yes, I suppose the day before yesterday could be considered "days ago".

I'll have to remember this next time somebody asks me something. Just ignore it for 24 hours and then say "it was days ago" and tell them I'm not that bothered.

I know that. But I specifically asked Captain Swoop if Trump actually said those words and his reply was "Yes".

That's why I asked him for a link and so far he has failed to respond.

Now I am seeing several mentions of Dr Dennison on this thread and some people still apparently believe Trump said his name when talking about hydroxywhatsit.

I certainly believed the quote was real. I appreciate the correction.

What made you say that?

This is one of the problems with having a forum member spam this thread with tweets, not commenting on them or filtering them. Especially disruptive is that he won’t use the quote function so that you can tell who wrote what. Even with swoop on ignore I still have trouble following who said some of his own words. His words and ideas just get randomly vomited out without context in between tweets that were written by Trump, or more often someone else and read like they were written by swoop.

I haven't been able to find any evidence that the President said what Captain Swoop said he did.

Therefore it falls to Captain Swoop to provide such evidence. After all, he must know what evidence led him to say that he did in the first place, surely.

• He offers simple solutions to complex problems. You've lost your coal/oil/manufacturing job ? He will get you that job back, not force you to retrain, move or change anything.
• He projects an image of a successful businessman - Republicans like that.
• He's not intellectually threatening like those Democrat Poindexters.
• He says things that Republicans agree with. White male Christian gun owners are the most oppressed group in the US.
• He's always on TV so it's easy to remember who he is.
