You can't win an argument by deliberately misrepresenting your interlocutors' positions, but you can make further discussion so obviously pointless that they give up.

You are quite right in everything you say - in theory.

In practice it is quite different.

You must realize that a court is not compelled to give reasons. In this case they simple gave an order to reverse the costs order. If we appealed the lack of costs for the reversal to the highest court in the land the Appeal Court would have to have given reasons. But even then, it can be brief.

When I read the "report" I was stunned. I realized that law reports are quite selective in how and what they report. They often distort facts so as to be consistent in what they "want" the law to represent. A case that could be used by lay litigants to illustrate how bad some judgements could be puts the law in a bad light.

There was another case that was extensively quoted in cases involving disputes about Wills. I tried to get the actual case file from the court a number of times. Each time I was given a folder with miscellaneous papers in it that told me nothing. But on my fourth try (months apart) I got the actual file used in the hearing. The law report and the facts did not agree. The law report was distorted by selecting facts and misrepresenting what the case was about.

This is one reason I say that the world is corrupt. And that lawyers and the legal system need reform.

So I guess I will have to get you both case numbers and the parties involved. I was a Mackenzie friend who could advise and be in court so my name is not used. You can go to the Auckland High Court and for a fee of $25 (it may be more now) you can ask for the case file from the archives. And be sure you ask for the hearing file and not the one they use for people who are not experienced enough.

I appealed a recent order/judgement to the Constitutional Court here in SA. The judgement consisted of a long and cherry picked version of the facts. The reason for the judgment was given as "I deemed it appropriate". The ConCourt rejected my leave to appeal with one sentence "There is no chance of success". They have their ways to block embarrassing litigation.

I see the conspiracy now includes the entire legal profession.

When dangerous nonsense is published or broadcast on the internet, responsible content providers take it down. I know a David Icke interview was taken down by YouTube recently because he pushed the 5G CT in it, he may well have a self published book doing the same which Amazon might also have taken down. If it wasn't that, it would be something very similar.

ETA2: I've now listened to the whole interview and there's an interesting discussion about the difficulty of striking a balance between trying to counter this stuff and bringing more attention to it. If you don't rebut it the hard of thinking assume there's something in it, if you do you risk being responsible for bringing it to the attention of people who would otherwise remain unaware of it. It's a tricky one.

So, in order to start reducing the world population, the death rate must substantially increase.

If there is a risk factor that increases heart and cancer deaths substantially then there could be a reduction. Getting Covid-19 could be one risk factor and electrosmog might be another risk factor. Electrosmog might be a risk factor for getting Covid-19 in the first place. Electrosmog could also be a risk factor in the mutation of Covid-19 to a deadlier strain.

It struck me that God told me there would be a pandemic to reduce the population. Not a nuclear war and not a natural disaster like asteroids or earthquakes or volcanoes and not a disaster such as famine. However, war(s) might just be a consequence to a global pandemic causing economic collapse.

So far, Covid-19 has achieved some of Gods objectives - fear, a discussion of societal change, and a shake-up of trust in science. My opinion is that the situation will only get worse until actual change takes place.

Who are the censors? What are their standards? What is deemed dangerous and why?

There have to be limitations to free speech. It's an extremely regrettable necessity, but as long as there are ignorant people, and intelligent people happy to exploit them, it will remain a necessity.

There you go again with the deliberate misrepresentation of everyone else's position. I have never thought, or posted, any such thing. Of course they have power. So do lots of other organisations. It's the use, accountability and available checks on power that matter, not the mere possession of it.

Not necessarily. A reduction in fertility would also do it, and much more humanely. That's already happening, as the empowerment of women enables them to limit the number of children they have.

Both kill far more old people than young ones. For a significant population decrease, a disease needs to kill before they reproduce, not after.

Getting Covid-19 could be one risk factor and electrosmog might be another risk factor. Electrosmog might be a risk factor for getting Covid-19 in the first place. Electrosmog could also be a risk factor in the mutation of Covid-19 to a deadlier strain.

So could fizzy drinks. Better ban them just in case, right?

As I recall God told you it would be a fungal pandemic, and that it would happen before the end of 2017. Nothing that has subsequently happened, or might happen in the future, is justification of your belief that God sends you messages, nor of anything else you infer as a consequence of that belief.

I did a bit of a hunt. Took me all of 10 minutes.

The book in question seems to have been named in a TV appearance prior to the Meet the Press segment.

But, from someone on a discussion board who had seen it claims it is this book,
Plague of Corruption: Restoring Faith in the Promise of Science (Children’s Health Defense) by Judy Mikovits (Author), Kent Heckenlively (Author).
So nothing actually new here - just the Mikovits ******** doing the rounds.

And in keeping with any facts quoted by CTers, the book has not been removed from Amazon.
