I'm sitting here wiping away tears. A year-old YT video (actually a slide show) popped up in my feed. It featured a collection of snapshots of Obama, in a wide variety of settings. From contemplative moments before a speech to carousing on the floor with kids, his *humanity* shone through. Compared to that anti-human creature now infesting the WH, the shocking contrast makes me realize how painfully I miss Obama and Michelle.

According to Bloomberg News, Putin has said his Avangard missiles can “travel at up to 20 times the speed of sound, like a ‘meteorite’ or a ‘fireball’”.

Seventeen times faster than that claim is Mach340 or 260,780 mph. One might get that outlandish figure by listening to only part of the president’s address: “We have, I call it the super duper missile and I heard the other night [it’s] 17 times faster than what they have right now.” Unfortunately, President Chuckles has trouble with pronouns. He later clarifies the claim by saying it is 17 times faster than what we have right now.

I got Michelle Obama's book as an audiobook and while it's obviously biased and a selective retelling, it does drive home how different both Barrack and Michelle were to Drumpf and his first lady.

As Victor Davis Hanson remarked... there are a small number of people in Washington that don’t care what others say... that will continue to do the right thing no matter the blowback. Bill Barr is one and Devin Nunes is the other.
