Not in southeast Wisconsin. maybe a month ago when gas was at 1.00 to 1.10 per gallon. Now its at 1.90 to 2.00

You really do have to watch at least that part, it's only a minute of so.

The simple quote, "“Don’t ask me — ask China that question,” Trump said." doesn't really capture how deranged it was. He was speaking in a normal (for him, anyways) tone of voice, right up until "China". It's stunning how hard he hits "China", with just absolute hatred in his voice. It really needs to be seen to be believed.

Just watched it. Yes. "Ask Chi-nuh!". I don't know about hateful or deranged, but he didn't sound too happy either. The editing there was nice, too, the way it cut to her to reveal she was Asian just as she asked why he asked her specifically. Like something out of a sitcom.

Also, the way he first refused to take a question from a specific reporter (who by the sound of her sounded quite amused at his attempts to rebuff her), instead trying to get another reporter to ask a question, and then just leaves the stage was... interesting, too. What's the matter, Donnie, can't you handle women talking back at you ?

I suppose we may see? They need Trump's lawyer to give them a fig leaf, at least, regardless, and, by the look of it, they created such a fig leaf and specifically asked the lawyer to use it. Given that Trump's lawyer has been forwarding "Trump's a dictator and shall not be even questioned" level of nonsense as if it were serious, it's not certain that the conservative Justices will get their wish with their fig leaf, though.

There is a chance that either John Roberts will act as a swing vote and side with the more left-leaning justices, or that the right-wing justices will realize that trump may lose the next election anyways (even without them running interference) and will order the records released because it means future democratic Presidents will have more oversight.

I'm concerned because over time, it will generate aninmosity towards reporters and journalists who are just doing their jobs. She wasn't asking Trump inappropriate questions, she was asking him something incredibly relevant to the crisis we're in.

(Until a Democrat president gets elected, of course, then they will go back to normal.)
