The fact that Trump is also a sexual predator is one of the least alarming things about him - the most alarming is that he is the president of the effing United States. Like are you totally crazy over there? In normal times even the unlikely possibility that he did either of the alleged things 27 years ago would disqualify Biden. Obama's incremental changes are being wiped out left and right by Trump. 8 years of compromise and pragmatism washed away just like that. Even now the right is scheming about how to remove the ACA, which itself was a half-measure designed to appeal to conservatives.

If RGB gives up the ghost and Trump gets another SCOTUS seat, the dream of incremental liberal reform is over for a generation. Roe v. wade, labor law, civil rights for racial and sexual minorities, and so on, are all on the Federalist Society chopping block.

I'm trying to get you to understand the precarious position you are in and the drastic measures that are needed. One of those drastic measures is to vote for Biden and to tell everyone else to do it too.

I myself remain unsure how I will vote, but I have not encouraged anyone to vote one way or the other. I have been quite clear that Biden is the lesser of two evils, repeatedly. I think that's a perfectly reasonable and even moral choice to make, especially for people in swing states. In fact, if I lived in a swing state, I would vote for Biden. I would also point out, as I do now, how much he sucks, while still voting for him.

I don't see the conflict in supporting Biden and also pointing out his many failings. Anyone who isn't a Biden Bro can see clear as day who this person really is, there's no point is trying to pretend otherwise.

Any lefty that believes Biden's "progressive" promises is a sucker. Biden is staffing up with conservative, corporatist Democrats. not sure what dumpster Biden pulled Larry Summers out of, but the message is quite clear.

The best thing Biden could do is win, then resign or die in office, clearing the way for a contested primary in 2024.
